First of all, we are so happy you're in! Get in touch at info@kiwanotravel.com, call us at

to walk you through the next steps.
HOW WILL I GET PAID?
Upon the purchase of an experience on either our web- or mobile application, the payment will be transferred directly
from the customer to Kiwano Travel. Thus, all payments are to go through Kiwano Travel. Your accumulated income will
be transferred directly to your account by Kiwano Travel on a monthly basis and in line with the contract signed upon
initiation of our relationship. 30% of the final sales price will be deducted from your payment as a commission to Kiwano
Travel.
When will the app and website launch?
Can we say as soon as possible? We are currently working day and night to finalise both the app and the website, of
course beyond eager to get it out there. Get in touch to ensure your experience is displayed across our platforms
immediately from the launch itself!
I'm representing a company, can we still make this happen?
Oh yes! We wish to work with companies as well as individuals! Our only requirement is an inbuilt passion for what you
do! Whether or not your company is already involved in the travel industry, you're good to go with us! Maybe you're

how do i relate to taxes?
Our cooperation will be defined by a contract signed at the very initiation of our relationship and no direct employment
will take place. All revenue generated through our platforms is generally taxable in your local market, albeit depending on
the laws and regulations of your specific country. We refer you to the local tax authorities for a more detailed
understanding of of the requirements applicable to you.
does it matter where IN MY COUNTRY the experience takes place?
Absolutely not and the world is our playground! Vi are looking for experiences from every corner of your country.
However, if you find yourself in a location with few tourists and inhabitants, we recommend you team up with other
locals to in order to make your hometown a hub for unique experiences, accommodations and transport opportunities.
The more available adventures in your area, the more likely it is for your spot to gain credentials and interest on our
platforms.
what is required before an experience is ready to sell?
Simply some planning from your side as well as coordination with us regarding what you are setting up. We are there to
assist throughout your planning process and our team members are always there to help you through the initiation
phase! In short, we require that you prepare a short plan for the entire experience from start to finish, including settling a
sales price which includes the 30% commission to Kiwano Travel. We will also require photos of high quality of you as
well as the experience and/location for promotion purposes across our platforms.
How will you promote me and the experiences I create?
In order to promote you and your experience(s), we will need high quality images. Video helps tremendously and enables
us to promote you even more. Information about you and your experience(s) will be featured visibly across our platforms
and we will continuously promote both your experience and person (if you agree) across our social media channels,
website, presentations and other available channels. Printed material will further be distributed in our local market
(Norway) as well as across your own destination and by our Local Ambassador. When your experience(s) are ready, we
will send you a digital marketing kit, containing material to be printed or distributed electronically by you and your
affiliates.
