To: Lynn Etchells
Lynn helped me when one of my
patients had a problem. She was so
lovely to talk to on the phone. She
was helpful and definitely went the
extra mile. Given the pressures within
her department, SWBH should be
proud of her for unfailing kindness
and willingness to work out a solution.
Thank you so much.
Community Midwifery Team
As their team manager I would like
to give a big shout out to this team
who over the last 10 months have
worked so hard to keep the service
going. Due to staff shortages and
IT systems they have gone above
and beyond to ensure the antenatal
and postnatal women are cared for.
They have had to work well beyond
their assigned hours to ensure all
essential visits have been covered.
They have worked with admiration,
determination, dedication and
patience during this difficult time.
Thank you all.
To: Eileen Bonnell
Eileen and her team deal with all
the Trust mobile phones. As much as
modern technology is great when
it works, when it doesn't it can be a
nightmare. My mobile phone turned
itself off and then everything was
wiped - all my contacts- in the middle
of a weekend shift.
Eileen came to the rescue and
somehow managed to get all my
contacts and info back on my phone.
It was such a relief as you build up
your contacts over the years. She is
a star!
