Floor Graphics 

Floor graphics providing guidance in terms of self 

distancing have in recent weeks become an essential 

and common part of our every day lives. Initially graphics 

became familiar and common place in our supermarkets 

and other essential environments as we all came to 

terms with the an enforced lockdown, however, now as 

the Government takes a staged approach to release us 

from this situation over the coming weeks and months, 

all businesses and organisations will begin to introduce 

similar measures within their environment to impose 

social distancing measures for staff, customers and 

visitors to keep everyone safe.

Floor graphic materials have accredited ‘slip-ratings’ that can 

inform the user how grippy the surface of the graphic is. At YCS 

all of the floor graphic materials that we use, adhere to the Health 

and Safety Guidelines which specify that floor graphics must be 

above an R9 rating. Some of our extra grippy products reach the 

highest grade of R13.
