Brad Thress joins FlightSafety<br />
as President and CEO<br />
FlightSafety International announces that Brad Thress has joined the<br />
company as President and CEO. He assumes this responsibility from<br />
David Davenport who has left FlightSafety.<br />
«I am honored to join FlightSafety International and look forward to<br />
leading this exceptional company,» said Brad Thress.<br />
In a press release, FlightSafety thanks David Davenport for his many<br />
contributions since he joined the company in 1996.<br />
Brad joins FlightSafety from Textron Aviation where he most recently<br />
served as Senior Vice President, Global Parts, Program and Flight<br />
Operations, and the President of Able Aerospace.<br />
During his 27 years with Textron Aviation, Brad held several<br />
leadership roles within many business areas including Engineering,<br />
Flight Operations and Customer Service. In addition, he served as<br />
Cessna Senior Vice President of Business <strong>Jet</strong>s.<br />
Brad earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of<br />
Tennessee and an MBA from Baker University.<br />

International<br />
FlightSafety International a annoncé que Brad Thress avait rejoint<br />
la société en tant que président et directeur général. Il assume cette<br />
responsabilité à la place de David Davenport qui a quitté FlightSafety.<br />
«Je suis honoré de me joindre à FlightSafety International et je suis<br />
impatient de diriger cette entreprise exceptionnelle», a déclaré Brad<br />
Thress.<br />
Dans son communiqué, FlightSafety remercie David Davenport pour<br />
ses nombreuses contributions depuis qu’il a rejoint la société en<br />
1996.<br />
Brad rejoint FlightSafety après avoir travaillé chez Textron Aviation,<br />
où il était jusqu’à présent vice-président principal des programmes et<br />
des opérations de vol pour le monde, et président d’Able Aerospace.<br />
Au cours de ses 27 ans chez Textron Aviation, Brad a occupé<br />
plusieurs postes de direction dans de nombreux secteurs d’activité,<br />
notamment l’ingénierie, les opérations de vol et le service à la<br />
clientèle. Il a également occupé le poste de vice-président senior des<br />
jets d’affaires de Cessna. Brad a obtenu une licence d’ingénierie à<br />
l’université du Tennessee et un MBA à l’université de Baker.
