The Phenom 300E receives
performance enhancements
Embraer announced the Phenom 300E will enter service in May
2020, with enhancements in performance, comfort and technology.
The enhanced aircraft is the first single-pilot jet to reach Mach
0.80. With the new enhancements, the Phenom 300E now delivers
a high-speed cruise of 464 knots and a five-occupant range of 2,010
nautical miles (3,724 km) with NBAA IFR reserves.
To deliver unparalleled technology in the category, the Phenom 300E,
launched in 2017, is receiving an avionics upgrade to include a runway
overrun awareness and alerting system, predictive windshear, and
many others. The runway overrun awareness and alerting system
acts as an additional pilot and warns if the aircraft’s approach is too
steep or too fast, increasing situational awareness.
In terms of comfort, the Phenom 300E now enjoys an even quieter
cabin, pilot and co-pilot seat tracking that’s close to 40% more,
thus providing more legroom in the cockpit and a brand-new
premium interior option, known as Bossa Nova. The noise-reduction
improvements lower overall in-flight cabin noise, high-frequency
noise and significantly reduce noise during boarding.

Embraer a annoncé l’entrée en service du Phenom 300E à compter
de mai 2020 avec des performances revues à la hausse. Selon le
constructeur,ce biréacteur léger sera le premier jet monopilote à
atteindre une vitesse de croisière de 464 kts (Mach 0,80) et aura une
distance franchissable de 2 010 nm (3 724 km) avec cinq personnes
a bord. Lancé en 2017, le Phenom 300E a des performances
améliorées grâce notamment à la modernisation de la suite avionique
Prodigy Touch FlightDeck, issue du système Garmin G3000, incluant
notamment un système de surveillance et d’alerte de sortie de piste,
breveté par Embraer, et qui agit comme un pilote supplémentaire qui
prévient si l’approche de l’avion est trop raide ou trop rapide.
Le confort du Phenom 300E bénéficie désormais d’une cabine
encore plus silencieuse, de sièges pilote et copilote offrant près de
40 % d’espace en plus pour les jambes et d’un nouvel aménagement
intérieur haut de gamme, baptisé Bossa Nova. L’avionneur a
également réalisé des modifications pour abaisser le niveau sonore
de la cabine en vol, réduire le bruit dans les hautes fréquences et lors
de l’embarquement.
