thoughtless destructiveness, and the
discovery of new ways of seeing, and,
perhaps changing. It challenged ideas of
aloneness, intellectual understanding of
how natural ecosystem work and the vital
role they play in our world.
Each year the residency draws together
people of different ideals and cultures,
and touches their hearts. Through a
shared passion – art, science or the
environment – we are taken on a journey
of change, of new ways of seeing and
a deeper understanding of the land
we are custodians of.
