WELCOME!
Dear Parents and Students,
Welcome to
the Studio! We want to assure you that
every student receives individual attention,
an opportunity for advancement, and selfconfidence
in their achievements. At West
Main Studios, our ultimate goal is quality
instruction of a proper foundation, in a fun
learning environment. Our classes are small
to ensure individual attention is given to each
student. All classes follow a standard
progressive syllabus to ensure proper skills
are learned and progression is obvious over
the years. Please give us 4-6 weeks to
work with each child, after which we may
deem it necessary to place the student in a
more suitable class according to his or her
age, potential, and experience. This is done
to give your child a most rewarding dance
season. Parents, please take a few moments
to become familiar with our rules and
policies. Our Registration Policies/Rules
are also online via our Dance Studio Pro
Parent Portal Website - It is crucial that you
read and accept our Waiver. If you have
any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Upon your decision to dance with WMS, a Registration
Fee of $50will be charged. To register siblings, only $15 per
child is charged. The dance year experience includes our
annual Christmas Show and Annual Year End Recital - Please

TUITION (Monthly/By Class):West Main Studios DOES
NOT prorate tuition. Tuition is divided by equal months
and not by selective times of attendance for any reason.
Prior to performances, extra rehearsals will be scheduled.
Communication Is Key
We believe that communication is key to providing you and
your dancer a successful dance experience. Our staff will
email you weekly with vital event information concerning
your dancer's class and as well text you from time to time
with important links, events and reminders. We encourage
you to contact our office anytime via email -

questions or concerns. We do ask that you do not come in
to a class prior to, after or during as this is our students
time. All information concerning our performances
(recitals), photo days, costume information, fees, tuition,
dance wear, etc. - can all be found within your
Parent/Student Registration agreement as well as within
our website: www.westmainstudios.com. This information
is updated frequently and pertains to events that are
current. As well - ALL policies and procedures can be
located in your Dancer registration agreement. It is
important to us that you understand all issues and we want
to do our best to help convey to you as dance parents - all
pertinent information. Thank you!
