Dinner was served. Annamaria had planned
an elaborate menu, in which the ingredients
and flavours common to India and Hungary
were combined to present a feast, with The
Executive Chef Jay Kumar of the Residence and
his team. Red Paprika is the most commonly
used spice in Hungarian cuisine and it was
the key seasoning in the dishes we savoured
through the evening.
