Standard, modified, projectswe have them all.WHAT DOES CAPRI WORLD OFFERTO MEMBERS?We are a non-profit group run by a small groupof enthusiasts. The group aims to develop andbuild a friendly network of like-minded members,to share the experience of ownership, mechanicalsupport and knowledge. Parts sourcing and ofcourse, photos of members Capris’. The grouphas been nominated twice in a National Classic CarClub Awards.We have added several automotive businesspartners to our network which offer exclusivemember discounts including Insurance providers,parts suppliers and restoration companies. Wehave our own range of merchandise which includesa clothing range, club decals and badges. CapriWorld special Capri 50th anniversary decals havebeen a real success with all proceeds going to theSt David’s Foundation Hospice. This was nominatedby one of the admin team, Ian Evans.MEMBERSHIP:The growth of the group has been phenomenal,at the moment we have over 25,000 members inthe group, which is growing all the time. Membersare predominately UK based but, we have aworldwide following. The group has membersin Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, SouthAmerica, USA and Europe all united by a passionfor the Capri.Due to the success of Capri World, we havealso developed sister groups, including Classicand Retro Ford World and Capri World BusinessServices. We also have Capri World (North America)covering the Federal Capris as well as a show andevent page.SHOWS/EVENTS/MEETS:We have hosted several charity meets andget-togethers to raise funds for various causes,including Birmingham Children’s Hospital, withmore in the pipeline.
