Fellows from thesame organisation will also be required to submit a number of key leadership challenges in theirorganisation.Intra-ProgrammeThrough insightful classroom discussions, compelling real life local and international cases, breakoutsessions, interactive individual, peer to peer and group activities, one-to-one and group executive coachingsessions, fellows will explore proven ways of transforming healthcare delivery in their organisationespecially within a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) operating environment such asthe post-Covid-19 pandemic era. A strong emphasis is laid on the applicability of concepts, practices,tools and frameworks to the African business environment and the healthcare industry in Africa.Inter-ModulesUnder the guidance of CEIBS executive coaches, each team from the same organisation will develop andimplement a strategic healthcare improvement project (SHIP) for their organisation. Coaches would workwith each team to identify personal goals for this institutional initiative, help the team master the dynamicsof their organisation, and to understand the wider context in which their organisation is operating. OurExecutive Coaches will provide fellows/teams with the knowledge and tools to bring clarity, thealternative perspective and accountability to the goals agreed to with each team.
