A word from Andreea Stanescu
While are all safe at home, doing teleworking, I am also happy to share with you that the
business goes on and a lot of good things are happening.
Today we are launching this monthly newsletter aimed to keep you informed. We will have
here updates about our new joiners, about internal moves, and also about the general state
of the business.
I also need your help: for those of you having new colleagues on the team, I encourage you
to connect with them as soon as you can, introduce yourselves and create a connection as
they will certainly find more challenges in teleworking whilst not knowing the organization
and their colleagues. We are doing everything we can to make sure they have the right
equipment and training as of day 1, but a small gesture from your side can do a lot in their
wellbeing

Our team in Bucharest continues to grow
We have successfully ended 2019 with ___ colleagues. Currently our centre is at 218 new
colleagues and for 2020 our ambitious growth targets are _________.
The Infrastructure team has the most accelerated growth, with a total number of 19 new colleagues
joining us since the beginning of this year.

External activities
Living the student life
In March we participated at two Student Fairs at University of Mathematics and Informatics and at
Polytechnic University of Bucharest. We presented our Internship and Graduate programs for 2020 and
had the chance to interact with the students.

Celebrating Women’s Day and Inclusion in LSEG Romania.
On 10 March 2020 we have signed the Diversity Charter, becoming one of the 120 signatories in
Romania and publicly committing to encourage and promote diversity on the local market.

Thank you for sharing with us your experience while Working from Home. It’s great to see some really
cool working stations!
Our Cooking Challenge was a real success, receiving a lot of great photos We are proud to have such
good chiefs in our team!

Get involved in the local fight against COVID-19 crisis. Contribute to our donation campaign
for purchasing protection equipment and sanitizer products for hospitals and/ or purchasing
of essential items for those in quarantine and isolation
LSEG Romania will handle payment on your behalf and your choice of donation amount will be deducted
from your April salary (a one-time only payment). The donation portal will be open until EOD Friday, 10
April 2020.
