To be honest, when I imagined you reading this the <strong>April</strong> <strong>20</strong><strong>20</strong><br />

<strong>Doorsteppa</strong>, you were meant to have a copy in your hand and I was<br />

meant to be on a beach in Tenerife, for my first family holiday in<br />

over 2 years and my first beach holiday in the sun in over 10!<br />

It just shows how quickly the world has changed in a few short<br />

months and we have all had to make decisions and adjustments as<br />

a result. Unfortunately we have no choice but to suspend print<br />

and distribution of the magazines for now. After being in<br />

communication with our trusted and reliable team as things<br />

unfolded, we felt this was the only sensible decision.<br />

As we had already produced this month’s publications for print we<br />

are sharing them online and thank you for reading. We would be<br />

very grateful if you could please share the link as widely as you can<br />

on all social media and when you speak with friends and family.<br />

As you will see from our contents opposite, there is some<br />

information that we hope will help, but do always check the NHS<br />

and Gov.uk websites for up to date advice. There are details of<br />

exercising at home and an easy recipe for a quick dinner, to help us<br />

all. You will also be pleased to know all of our usual features and<br />

some different articles are included, for a bit of a break from it all.<br />

Please carefully check with any advertiser or organisation you<br />

intend to use from this month’s issue. Before incurring any<br />

expense or making any plans – please call first. The information is<br />

up to date as we went to production, but you will appreciate things<br />

are changing daily.<br />

With <strong>Doorsteppa</strong> being produced for Barlborough, Clowne and<br />

Renishaw for over 10 years and with us adding other areas over that<br />

time, I have always prided myself on the fact that we have never<br />

missed an issue. Every month, like clockwork, the next issue would<br />

be delivered locally. Even when Sheila, who suddenly passed away<br />

in September <strong>20</strong>16, we got the October issue out. When we<br />

experienced the various traumas and illnesses that every family<br />

faces, we got the issues out. Through the birth of my daughters in<br />

<strong>20</strong>12 and <strong>20</strong>19 and everything that follows, we got the issues out...<br />

you get the idea.<br />

Everyone has unexpected trials and tribulations to deal with and I<br />

don’t share the above to show off or be a martyr. It just illustrates<br />

how unprecedented the current situation is and also how much we<br />

all like to be the master of our own ships in the face of adversity. But<br />

for now, we must take the route that has been laid out for us by<br />

trusted experts.<br />

Stay at home. Protect the NHS. If you are vulnerable, alone or need<br />

assistance, ask friends, family and neighbours to help and use online<br />

services if you can. If this is not possible, businesses and charities<br />

are gearing up to help with arrangements according to gov.uk, so<br />

speak to your GP surgery or any NHS carers or staff you may already<br />

see. If you are at home with family, count your blessings and stay in.<br />

Get round to fixing that wonky kitchen cupboard and the eternal<br />

declutter project.<br />

We’ve all heard the often quoted and adapted phrase ‘Keep Calm<br />

and Carry On.’ We can’t carry on as we were, but we can carry on,<br />

and we will get through this. Stay healthy.<br />

Social distancing measures are steps you<br />

can take to reduce social interaction<br />

between people. This will help reduce the<br />

transmission of coronavirus (COVID-19).<br />

They are to:<br />

1. Avoid contact with someone who is<br />

displaying symptoms of coronavirus<br />

(COVID-19). These symptoms include high<br />

temperature and/or new and continuous<br />

cough.<br />

2. Avoid non-essential use of public<br />

transport when possible.<br />

3. Work from home, where possible. Your<br />

employer should support you to do this.<br />

4. Avoid large and small gatherings in<br />

public spaces, noting that pubs,<br />

restaurants, leisure centres and similar<br />

venues are currently shut as infections<br />

spread easily in closed spaces where<br />

people gather together.<br />

5. Avoid gatherings with friends and family.<br />

Keep in touch using remote technology<br />

such as phone, Internet, and social media.<br />

6. Use telephone or online services to<br />

contact your GP or other essential services.<br />

use a hand sanitiser when you get home or<br />

into work, when you blow your nose,<br />

sneeze or cough, eat or handle food<br />

• Avoid close contact with people who have<br />

symptoms<br />

• Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue,<br />

then throw the tissue in a bin and wash your<br />

hands<br />

• Clean and disinfect frequently touched<br />

objects and surfaces in the home<br />

The 3-week old baby sleeping in the dark<br />

corner was the only person in the room.<br />

The old woman sleeping in her chair downstairs<br />

was disturbed by a noise above. She wearily<br />

climbed the stairs and opened the bedroom<br />

door, in time to watch pokers clanking<br />

me and the old lady my grannie when we<br />

resided in a very old farmhouse in Wiltshire.<br />

wanted to pen a ghost story.<br />

‘The Curse of Becton Manor’ isn’t about that<br />

farmhouse but a haunted Elizabethan manor<br />

house in Derbyshire and the trials and<br />

tribulations of two families centuries apart. In<br />

1597 the tensions are borne from religious<br />

strife and the persecution of ‘witches’. In 1957,<br />

sordid secrets are not given up without a fight.<br />

The author of two excellent books, Anne<br />

Grange (‘Inside Outside’ and ‘Distortion’)<br />

recommends the debut novel of Patricia Ayling:<br />

‘A thrilling page turner with characters that<br />

come to life; full of fascinating historical details.’<br />

Patricia, who now lives in <strong>Killamarsh</strong> says, ‘This<br />

story has had hundreds of changes and made<br />

me realise that it is not easy to pen a book.<br />

I would strongly urge potential writers to revisit<br />

their work several times, chopping<br />

Many <strong>Doorsteppa</strong> readers will be<br />

familiar with The Showroom By Paul<br />

Webster, a local business with a runaway<br />

success story. Until very recently, the<br />

experienced team were based across<br />

two sites at Bolsover and Derby Road<br />

and they have now taken the exciting<br />

decision to significantly expand at<br />

Derby Road, basing their operations<br />

there, giving customers access to a<br />

larger showroom, showcasing the latest<br />

kitchens and bathrooms available in the<br />

UK, including Kessler kitchens and Union<br />

bathrooms exclusively in the area.<br />

We went along to visit the team to<br />

check out the kitchens and bathrooms<br />

on show and to find out more about<br />

their exciting plans for the future.<br />

The Showroom was opened by Paul and<br />

Lesley Webster in Bolsover in <strong>20</strong>17 and<br />

remains family run. With a combined<br />

50 plus years in the industry, they got<br />

started with this venture just the two of<br />

them and now already have a team of 9<br />

staff.<br />

During this remarkable growth in just 3<br />

short years, the time has flown and<br />

Lesley remembers fondly the day she<br />

put the first tile up in the Bolsover<br />

Showroom.<br />

Many entrepreneurs describe their<br />

business as their baby and this is no<br />

different. For this baby though, the<br />

early stages are flying! “Our journey<br />

with The Showroom has been so<br />

exciting and we have grown so quickly”<br />

“While we couldn’t be happier with<br />

where we are now in <strong>20</strong><strong>20</strong>, starting<br />

your own business is a bit like having a<br />

baby, and as with all those milestones<br />

like learning to walk, or the first day of<br />

school, you are of course overjoyed,<br />

but with something so close to your<br />

heart, there is that little tinge of<br />

sadness at looking back fondly on the<br />

earlier stages that are now gone.”<br />

Thanks to the excellent service provided<br />

from start to finish, and the warm<br />

personal welcome still afforded to<br />

every visitor, along with the availability<br />

of original, quirky kitchens and<br />

bathrooms, The Showroom soon took<br />

to its feet and hit the ground running.<br />

This led to reviews most new businesses<br />

could only wish for (see below!).<br />

With such success under their belts,<br />

they purchased the land beside the<br />

beautiful Derby Road Showroom and<br />

leapt at the chance to make their<br />

premises larger. A lot larger! An extra<br />

3000 square foot of space will be added.<br />

showroom, we have plans to display<br />

even more kitchens and bathrooms and<br />

for a larger tile studio. The expansion is<br />

expected to be fully complete late<br />

23 MENTAL HEALTH<br />

Infectious disease outbreaks, like the current Coronavirus<br />

(COVID-19), can be scary and can affect our mental<br />

health. While it is important to stay informed, there are<br />

also many things we can do to support and manage our<br />

wellbeing during such times.<br />

Here are some tips we hope will help you, your friends and<br />

your family to look after your mental health at a time when<br />

there is much discussion of potential threats to our physical<br />

health.<br />

Looking after your mental health while you have to stay<br />

at home<br />

The government is now advising us to avoid all but essential<br />

social contact. This will mean that more of us will be<br />

spending a lot of time at home and many of our regular<br />

social activities will no longer be available to us. It will help<br />

to try and see it as a different period of time in your life,<br />

and not necessarily a bad one, even if you didn’t choose it.<br />

It will mean a different rhythm of life, a chance to be in<br />

touch with others in different ways than usual. Be in touch<br />

with other people regularly on social media, e-mail or on<br />

the phone, as they are still good ways of being close to the<br />

people who matter to you.<br />

Create a new daily routine that prioritises looking after<br />

yourself. You could try reading more or watching movies,<br />

having an exercise routine, trying new relaxation<br />

techniques. Try and rest and view this as a new if unusual<br />

experience, that might have its benefits.<br />

Try to avoid speculation and look up reputable sources on<br />

the outbreak<br />

Rumour and speculation can fuel anxiety. Having access to<br />

good quality information about the virus can help you feel<br />

more in control.<br />

You can get up-to-date information and advice on the virus<br />

at www.Gov.uk.<br />

Follow hygiene advice such as washing your hands more<br />

often than usual, for <strong>20</strong> seconds with soap and hot water<br />

(do this for <strong>20</strong> seconds). You should do this whenever you<br />

get home or into work, blow your nose, sneeze or cough,<br />

eat or handle food. You should also use tissues if you<br />

sneeze and make sure you dispose of them quickly; and<br />

stay at home if you are feeling unwell.<br />

Try to stay connected<br />

At times of stress, we work better in company and with<br />

support. Try and keep in touch with your friends and family,<br />

by telephone, email or social media, or contact a helpline<br />

for emotional support. You may like to focus on the things<br />

you can do if you feel able to:<br />

• Stress management • Keep active • Eat a balanced diet •<br />

Stay in touch with friends on social media but try not to<br />

sensationalise things • If you are sharing content, use this<br />

from trusted sources, and remember that your friends<br />

might be worried too.<br />

Also remember to regularly assess your social media<br />

activity. Tune in with yourself and ask if they need to be<br />

adjusted. Are there particular accounts or people that are<br />

increasing your worry or anxiety? Consider muting or<br />

unfollowing accounts or hashtags that cause you to feel<br />

anxious.<br />

Talk to your children<br />

Involving our family and children in our plans for good<br />

health is essential. We need be alert to and ask children<br />

what they have heard about the outbreak and support<br />

them, without causing them alarm.<br />

We need to minimise the negative impact it has on our<br />

children and explain the facts to them. Discuss the news<br />

with them but try and avoid over-exposure to coverage of<br />

the virus. Be as truthful as possible. Let’s not avoid the<br />

‘scary topic’ but engage in a way that is appropriate for<br />

them.<br />

Try to anticipate distress<br />

It is OK to feel vulnerable and overwhelmed as we read<br />

news about the outbreak, especially if you have experienced<br />

trauma or a mental health problem in the past, or if you<br />

have a long-term physical health condition that makes you<br />

more vulnerable to the effects of the coronavirus.<br />

It’s important to acknowledge these feelings and remind<br />

each other to look after our physical and mental health.<br />

We should also be aware of and avoid increasing habits<br />

that may not be helpful in the long term, like smoking and<br />

drinking.<br />

Try and reassure people you know who may be worried<br />

and check in with people who you know are living alone.<br />

Try not to make assumptions<br />

Don’t judge people and avoid jumping to conclusions<br />

about who is responsible for the spread of the disease. The<br />

Coronavirus can affect anyone, regardless of gender,<br />

ethnicity or sex.<br />

Try to manage how you follow the outbreak in the media<br />

There is extensive news coverage about the outbreak. If<br />

you find that the news is causing you huge stress, it’s<br />

important to find a balance.<br />

It’s best that you don’t avoid all news and that you keep<br />

informing and educating yourself, but limit your news<br />

intake if it is bothering you.<br />

Snoring Week<br />

Snoring is the distinctive sound made by<br />

vibrations of the soft palate and other tissue in<br />

the mouth, nose and throat. It is caused by<br />

turbulence which occurs due to a partial<br />

blockage that may be located anywhere from<br />

the tip of the nose to the vocal cords.<br />

obstruction. It is considered clinically significant<br />

if a person stops breathing for more than 10<br />

seconds each time and if occurs more than 5<br />

times every hour. OSA only happens during<br />

sleep. When you experience an episode of<br />

apnoea during sleep your brain will<br />

automatically wake you up, usually with a very<br />

loud snore or snort, in order to breathe again.<br />

People with OSA can experience wakening<br />

episodes many times during the night and<br />

consequently feel very sleepy during the day.<br />

During waking hours muscle tone keeps the<br />

airway in good shape. When we sleep our<br />

throat muscles relax and this decrease in tone<br />

can cause airways to narrow and vibrate.<br />

Though it can certainly feel like your partner is<br />

doing it to annoy you, no-one snores<br />

deliberately, and unfortunately it can't be<br />

cured. But it can be controlled. The key to<br />

control is to find out the cause of your<br />

particular snoring. Snoring can be related to the<br />

tongue, nose, mouth, or it can be multi-factorial.<br />

Historically it was considered to be a male<br />

problem, but it actually affects males to females<br />

in the ratio of 2:1. Women tend to under-report<br />

and fail to seek help due to embarrassment<br />

because even in the 21st century it’s considered<br />

‘unladylike’ to snore! The risk factors for<br />

snoring are similar in women to men: being<br />

overweight, smoking, and alcohol are common<br />

factors, but women also snore more following<br />

the menopause and it’s one of the symptoms of<br />

hypothyroidism.<br />

Snoring is often considered a joke, but it can<br />

have a devastating effect on people. Sleep<br />

deprivation (both the snorer and their partner)<br />

is physically and mentally debilitating and can<br />

lead to illness as well as relationship breakdown.<br />

Obstructive Sleep Apnoea (OSA) is a particularly<br />

dangerous side-effect of snoring, defined as the<br />

cessation of airflow during sleep, preventing air<br />

from entering the lungs caused by an<br />

If you are excessively sleepy during the day and<br />

feel irritable or restless, you may be suffering<br />

from OSA. Your partner may point out that<br />

your snoring is loud, often interrupted by<br />

pauses and gasps. You might fall asleep at work,<br />

whilst driving, or during conversations. You<br />

might be forgetful and irritable and suffer with<br />

morning headaches. Not everyone who has<br />

these symptoms will have sleep apnoea but if<br />

you suffer with them a lot, you should seek<br />

advice from a medical professional.<br />

packed with advice and useful questionnaires<br />

and information about all aspects of snoring.<br />

They even sell approved anti-snoring devices.<br />

29 HISTORY<br />

This month we thought it apt to mark the 75th<br />

Anniversary of VE Day on the 8th of May <strong>20</strong><strong>20</strong>.<br />

VE Day – or ‘Victory in Europe Day’ marked the end<br />

of World War Two (WW2) when fighting against Nazi<br />

Germany in Europe came to an end.<br />

On the 8th of May 1945, Prime Minister Winston<br />

Churchill made an announcement on the radio at<br />

3.00 pm that the war in Europe had come to an end,<br />

following Germany’s surrender the day before. By<br />

the beginning of 1945, the German army had been<br />

weakened and defeat looked likely. Tuesday the 8th<br />

of May was an emotional day that millions of people<br />

had been waiting for. Many people were extremely<br />

happy that the fighting had stopped and there were<br />

big celebrations and street parties. Hugh crowds –<br />

with lots of people dressed in red, white and blue –<br />

gathered outside Buckingham Palace in London.<br />

They cheered as King George VI and his family,<br />

including Princess Elizabeth (now our Queen) and<br />

Princess Margaret came out on to the balcony to<br />

greet everyone.<br />

VE Day A party at Norwood<br />

Princess Elizabeth and her sister were allowed to<br />

leave the Palace and celebrate with crowds outside,<br />

although they had to do it secretly. Many people<br />

also attended church services to thank God for the<br />

victory. London’s St Paul’s cathedral held 10 services,<br />

which were attended by thousands of people.<br />

But VE Day was also a moment of great sadness and<br />

reflection, as millions of people had lost their lives or<br />

loved ones in the conflict. Many had to continue<br />

fighting in other battles and lots of people were<br />

being kept as prisoners of war abroad.<br />

Even though VE Day marked victory for Europe over<br />

Germany, it did not mark the end of World War Two.<br />

In his VE Day announcement, Winston Churchill said:<br />

“We may allow ourselves a brief period of rejoicing,<br />

but let us not forget for a moment the toil and<br />

efforts that lie ahead.” Even after the 8th of May,<br />

many soldiers, sailors and pilots were sent to the<br />

east to fight against the Japanese who had not yet<br />

surrendered.<br />

This came on the 14th of August 1945, after two<br />

atomic bombs were dropped on the Japanese cities<br />

of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. On the 15th of August<br />

1945 the allies had officially defeated Japan and this<br />

date is known as VJ Day.<br />

VE Day at the Nags Head pub<br />

The May Day holiday this year has been moved back<br />

by four days to Friday the 8th of May for the whole<br />

of the UK, to coincide with the 75th Anniversary of<br />

VE Day.<br />

Sir Andrew Gregory, chief executive of SSAFA, the<br />

Armed Forces charity, said the government’s<br />

decision was fitting. “It is our duty to keep the<br />

events of the past alive in collective memory,<br />

including future generations – this is how we ensure<br />

that such a conflict never happens again,” he said.<br />

“It is our hope that the nation takes a moment to<br />

reflect on the significance of this date, as a milestone<br />

that changed the course of history for the whole<br />

world,” he added.<br />

On Saturday the 9th of May, <strong>Killamarsh</strong> VE Day 75 is<br />

taking place at <strong>Killamarsh</strong> Leisure Centre from 11.00<br />

am to 5.00 pm. This is a free family event with lots<br />

of activities, stalls etc. Why not dress in 1940s style<br />

to add to the atmosphere (optional). As part of this<br />

event there will be a Civic Service at St Giles Church,<br />

Kirkcroft Lane which everyone is welcome to attend.<br />

Don’t go to the Gym! Bring the Gym to you!<br />

Every new health or cancer scare that doctors<br />

uncover seems to come with the standard, "…keep<br />

fit, lose weight and eat healthy foods to minimise<br />

the risk…" statement. We know it’s true but finding<br />

time to get to the gym is difficult when our lives are<br />

so busy.<br />

So why not bring the gym to your home?<br />

If you have an area that's big enough for you to lie<br />

down in, with your arms stretched out to either<br />

side, with a few extra inches for good measure<br />

you've got enough space to do a workout at home.<br />

No matter what your initial fitness level, aims and<br />

budget are you can start to exercise in the comfort<br />

of your own home.<br />

very hard. Take the simple press up as an example.<br />

Start doing them whilst standing and leaning<br />

against a wall. As you move your feet further from<br />

the wall it gets harder. Eventually you'll be able<br />

to do a full press up on the ground. Then try<br />

positioning your hands closer to your waistline so<br />

you are leaning forwards as you press up - it's<br />

getting harder now. Then try leaning so far<br />

forwards your feet leave the floor and you're into a<br />

planche position - not for the faint hearted!<br />

Other calisthenics exercises need some basic<br />

equipment. Dips will need a set of dip bars. Pull ups<br />

will need some pull up bars. But all of these are<br />

relatively cheap to purchase and take up minimal<br />

space when not in use.<br />

Basic Fitness<br />

If you're after basic fitness you can try a home HIIT<br />

session. All you need is a timer or smartphone app<br />

and a workout program - there are loads of videos<br />

on YouTube for every fitness level. HIIT or High<br />

Intensity Interval Training works on short bursts of<br />

exercise, up to about 1 minute, with rests of maybe<br />

30 seconds in between. It gets your heart rate up<br />

and gives you a great workout in a very short space<br />

of time. Exercises range from simple marching on<br />

the spot, squats, and leg raises right through to<br />

advanced press-ups and handstands, but all doable<br />

in the space we mentioned earlier. An exercise mat<br />

might help for any lying-down exercises and a<br />

resistance band or small set of weights is a useful<br />

addition, but that's about all you'll need.<br />

Three, twenty-minute sessions per week and you'll<br />

really start to see some results. Do it in the morning<br />

before breakfast for maximum fat-burning<br />

efficiency, and to set you up for the day.<br />

Strength<br />

Building your strength can also be done at home.<br />

Calisthenics is a form of training that uses your body<br />

weight instead of free-standing weights. Each<br />

exercise has a series of progressions from easy to<br />

What about exercise machines?<br />

If you're starting out my advice is to avoid machines<br />

until you know what you like. You'll probably only<br />

have enough space and cash for one, and they are<br />

not portable so once you've got it you're stuck with<br />

it. Build up your basic fitness and strength first and<br />

then decide what you want to do. Once your body<br />

starts to show some results you might even be<br />

tempted to venture down to the gym to take<br />

advantage of a wider range of equipment!<br />

Be sensible<br />

Always be careful with your body. Seek professional<br />

advice before starting any exercise regime. Make<br />

sure you're working safely and within your<br />

capabilities. Start easy and work up to the harder<br />

progressions. If you have any signs of pain or<br />

discomfort, STOP! Rest, recover and assess the<br />

situation.<br />

Above all have fun getting fit and staying healthy.<br />

The <strong>Doorsteppa</strong><br />

Cooking time: 25-35 minutes<br />

Serves: 2-3<br />

Ingredients<br />

2 tbsp vegetable oil<br />

1 egg, beaten with about 2 tbsp water<br />

1 onion, chopped<br />

2 garlic cloves, crushed<br />

1 heaped tbsp curry powder<br />

2 tbsp tomato ketchup<br />

A large handful of frozen peas<br />

(about 85g/3oz)<br />

250g leftover cold cooked rice<br />

(any type) or a 250g pouch<br />

of ready cooked rice<br />

175g cooked chicken or pork,<br />

shredded into strips<br />

A good splash of soy sauce<br />

minute or two until they start to defrost.<br />

Tip in the rice, cooked meat and a glass<br />

of water (100ml/31⁄2fl oz) and cook<br />

over a medium heat for 5-6 minutes,<br />

stirring as you go, until everything’s<br />

piping hot and the rice has taken on the<br />

colour of the curry powder.<br />

3. While your rice is frying, shred the<br />

omelette into long strips. Toss the<br />

omelette and soy sauce through the rice<br />

and cook for a moment more. Scoop the<br />

rice on to plates straight from the pan<br />

and serve with extra soy sauce for<br />

sprinkling over.<br />

Method<br />

1. Heat half the oil in a large non-stick<br />

frying pan over a highish heat. Pour in<br />

the beaten egg, swoosh it around the<br />

pan and leave it to set for a minute. Flip<br />

it over like a pancake and let it cook for<br />

a minute more on the other side, then<br />

tip it out flat on to a plate.<br />

2. Heat the remaining oil in the same<br />

pan. Tip in the onion and sizzle for 3-4<br />

minutes until it’s starting to brown, then<br />

stir in the garlic, curry powder and<br />

ketchup. Add the peas and cook for a<br />

“Easter is early this year!”<br />

“Ooh isn’t Easter late this year?”<br />

Easter never seems to come on time! In fact, it’s<br />

a different time every year. Why is that? We<br />

don’t move Christmas or New Year’s Day so what<br />

makes Easter so flexible?<br />

This year Easter Sunday falls on <strong>April</strong> 12th.<br />

I suspect that for once it’s actually on time<br />

though frankly who knows?<br />

through the centre of the Sun. This occurs twice<br />

annually. In the springtime this is around (but<br />

not exactly on) <strong>20</strong>th March. Full moons occur<br />

every 29.5 days so between those two events<br />

there is quite a lot of leeway when it comes to<br />

dates, but Easter is always somewhere between<br />

March 22nd and <strong>April</strong> 25th. So now you can say<br />

with confidence that Easter is early…or late…or<br />

possibly right where it should be.<br />

Who doesn’t love a bag of crisps? They are<br />

so moreish you can never eat just one. They<br />

were reportedly invented by a chef named<br />

George Crum who created them in 1853 at<br />

Moon's Lake House near Saratoga Springs,<br />

New York. Legend has it that a customer<br />

kept sending his fried potatoes back to the<br />

kitchen, complaining that they were soggy,<br />

and not crunchy enough. Fed up with the<br />

constant griping Crum sliced the potatoes<br />

as thin as possible, fried them in hot fat,<br />

then doused them with salt. The customer<br />

loved them and "Saratoga Chips" were<br />

born! They quickly became a popular item<br />

at the lodge and throughout the whole of<br />

New England.<br />

bag by ironing together two pieces of waxed<br />
