Ribbon Cutting ceremony was recently held at 11 SW 6th<br />
A <strong>Ave</strong>nue in Delray Beach. The Delray Housing Group (DHG),<br />
the property management division of the Delray Beach Housing<br />
Authority (DBHA), has secured and entered into a Property<br />
Management Agreement for the property with BH3.<br />
The property consists of 18 workforce 2-bedroom, 1-bath<br />
units that have been completely renovated. To qualify, prospective<br />
families must meet the income category and eligibility determined<br />
by both the owner and the Workforce Code.<br />
According to Shirley Erazo, President and CEO of the DBHA,<br />
“The units have been fully rehabbed including the replacement<br />
of kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, windows and HVAC systems<br />
with washer and dryer inside units.”<br />
DGH has prepared a model unit that is available for showing.<br />
Families interested in leasing the units are encouraged to call<br />
