• The service can be availed only on non-stop United and United Express Flights. The service is not

available on codeshare flights and partner-airlines-operated flights.

• The service is not available for any connecting to and from other airline’s flight

• Children below 5 years are not eligible for the service even though they are traveling with an

older unaccompanied minor.

• Children aged 15-17 can travel alone with United Airlines or can opt for unaccompanied minor

service

• The service costs $150 each way for every two children travelling alone

• Online check-in and mobile check-in are not available for your unaccompanied child as United

wants to make sure your child is ready to go without you; therefore, you need to go to the

airport check-in desk

• Information of the individual dropping off and picking up your child from the airport is needed in

the booking

• At the time of check-in your unaccompanied minor will be given an envelope to keep important

travel documents handy during the trip

• At the time of boarding your child will be taken through gate by United Representative from the

check-in desk

• Your unaccompanied minor will be given priority to board the aircraft before normal boarding

starts so that flight attendant can give special attention to your child

• At the arrival airport, United Airlines Reservations giude representative will guide the your child

to meet the designated person for pick-up
