We are providing this short booklet in an effort to facilitate the
process of consultation on the proposed changes, the completed
texts, and also to provide an opportunity for other suggestions.
The personal information requested below is simply to help us understand
the context withb1 which the reactions and suggestions
are being made.

By virtue of our baptism we are incorporated into
the Church and by the very nature of our Christian
vocation share in its mission. By our profession
of the evangelical counsels we consecrate ourselves
in a particular manner to this same mission
and connnit ourselves to forming a religious
family whose fraternal love will be a sign of
the Church to all men.

Inspired by the same Spirit who moved the Son of God

and the Church devotedly for the fulfillment of the
mystery of reconciliation.
