widths and bunions.
Present in all Sole Bliss closed-back
heels, this ingenious device counters
pronation - the inward rolling of the foot.
A small memory foam pillow inside
your shoe keeps your foot in the
correct position and counters this
inward rolling.

All Sole Bliss shoes are made for women with bunions or wide feet. We have ensured that
our shoes are perfectly in proportion, whilst offering ample space at the front to accommodate
your feet. Closed-back shoes have been designed to hold your heels securely in place,
and sling-back styles have had the straps expertly pitched to ensure a perfect fit.

1. We’re fast!
If you place your order before 3pm any working day, it will be despatched the same day and delivered
the following working day* Orders placed after 3pm will be despatched the following working day and
delivered the working day after that.

2. Not quite right? Not to worry.
We hope you love your shoes as soon as you try them on, but if you need to return them for exchange or
refund, you have 14 days to do so. Shoes must be returned to us in a resaleable condition and should
only be tried indoors on a carpeted area. You will receive a free returns label inside your parcel when it
arrives. UK + ROI returns are free when you take your parcel to a Post Office. You can find your
nearest Post Office online, or call us to check on your behalf. Simply stick the returns label onto the front
of your parcel and hand it over at the Post Office.
3. We’ll fulfil your request quickly.
Once we have your shoes back, if you request an exchange, we aim to send the new shoes to you within 2
working days. If you need a refund, we will process it within 2-3 days of receiving your return and notify
you of its completion via email. Please allow up to 7 working days (depending on your bank) for the
funds to appear in your account.
