Development Value (GDV) at the<br />
concept of development is key.<br />
Whether the starting point is a green<br />
field, or a site already with Planning<br />
Permission, the combined expertise<br />
within <strong>Symonds</strong> & <strong>Sampson</strong>’s<br />
professional departments will ensure<br />
that the appropriate actions are taken.<br />
We can advise whether full or outline<br />
planning permission for a site is the<br />
most appropriate, and give consideration<br />
to Section 106 contributions, low cost<br />

These decisions are all factored into<br />
calculating the GDV, and ultimately<br />
gaining the most appropriate planning to<br />
