Beer & Bistro Akadémia was founded in April

2018 and the Slovak Chef of the Year 2017

Lukáš Hesko is in charge of its kitchen.

Akadémia adheres to a simple concept of

offering good beer and quality food. Modern

innovative Slovak cuisine and support of local

wineries — all this attracts connoisseurs not

only from Trnava and its surroundings. A great

selection of craft beers from Slovakia and the

Czech Republic, as well as Pilsner Urquell tank

beer, make this place a complete gastronomic

paradise. There is also a professional and

friendly approach to customers who want to try

new things. That is why they produce their own

lemonade from home-made syrups at Akadémia

and the yeast bread from their own bakery

is always on the tables.
