prawns, vegetables, mushrooms and onions.<br />

It is richly flavoured with gochujang (chilli<br />

paste) and gochu garu (chilli powder),<br />

making it delightfully spicy. Typically eaten<br />

with a bowl of cooked white rice, the stew<br />

is best served bubbling hot.<br />
