Reserve tickets to the local theater through the Concierge. Or, simply catch a
matinée in our very own Movie Theater. By mid-morning, some residents are

residents tend to their garden beds in the Resident Gardens. As the sun
begins to set, appetizers and drinks are enjoyed in the company of friends at

Services included for all Oakmont residents
Dining
Our skilled culinary team crafts delicious entrees,
garden- fresh salads, and mouth-watering desserts.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided daily to
residents; beverages and snacks are provided
throughout the day.
Housekeeping and Laundry
Weekly housekeeping service includes vacuuming,
cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms, and changing
linens. Weekly laundry service includes linens, towels
and a personal load of laundry.
Chauffeured Transportation
Scheduled chauffeured transportation is available to all
Oakmont residents for appointments and outings in our
luxury vehicle. Oakmont’s bus is available for larger
group outings and off-site excursions.
Emergency Response System
An emergency response system is included in all of the
homes as a wireless button. Team members respond
24-hours a day for emergencies, or to provide first aid.
Utilities
Heating and cooling systems, water, electric, general
maintenance, landscaping and basic cable are all
included. Telephone hook-ups and basic cable service
are provided in each apartment. Residents are
responsible for phone charges.

Wellness Center & Care Services
Residents and families have peace of mind knowing Oakmont offers a wellness center and full-time nurse to assist with
all of your daily living needs. Offering the best care available and team members who become like family, our care
services keep you safe and comfortable in your own home. Services are appropriately tailored to each resident's needs
and our professional team members provide individualized assistance 24-hours a day. Care services are additional and
based on a fee for service basis. An assessment can be scheduled to determine an estimate of care fees.

Assisted Living

and challenge community members. Residents at Oakmont can choose from a

Traditions Memory Care Program
When a resident is experiencing early stages of memory loss, our
enthusiastic team members help structure their time so that every day is full
of engaging activities and meaningful social connection with others. We
encourage participation in physical and brain fitness activities to maintain
memory and enhance cognition. Residents may enjoy music, movies, art,
lunch outings, scenic drives, happy hours, and small group gatherings that
stimulate conversation and create wonderful memories.
For residents with advanced memory loss, the Traditions program
provides a soothing environment and specialized activities based on musical,
sensory, and tactile stimulation. Engaging activity stations are placed
throughout Traditions, allowing residents to recall meaningful or familiar
life experiences and hobbies of their past. Compassionate and specially
trained team members provide residents with the extra care and patience
they may need. The community, the dining experience, and the social
connection continue to be the foundations of our program.
