Chief Marketing and Development Officer
WHO WE ARE
Pathfinder Services envisions a
community in which all people are
valued and accepted and have
control over their own destinies. Our
Mission is to strengthen communities
primarily by enabling people facing
physical, developmental, or economic
challenges to achieve independence,
inclusion, and stability.

THANK YOU
for being a supporter
eing a “newbie” here at Pathfinder Services has been an
eye-opening experience for me. I have new surroundings, new
relationships, new procedures, and new opportunities. The various
teams here at Pathfinder Services have given me a warm, friendly
welcome; have been patient with my questions; and have been experts
at teaching this “old dog some new tricks.” I am blessed and grateful to
be a part of this very person-centered, community-oriented
organization.
My official title is Chief Marketing and Development Officer. My
informal title is “Primary Story-teller of Pathfinder Services.” Every day,
I have the privilege to work alongside a very talented team of
professionals who know how to share the great stories of people who
are making progress toward self-reliance and inclusion. People stories
have power – power to inspire, power to transform, and power to heal.
Faces of Inclusion is our bi-monthly way of helping you “hear the
stories” of people of all abilities finding success and fulfillment in life.
Our hope is that by learning more about your neighbors that your life is
made more fulfilling as well. We all aspire to be the very best versions of
ourselves and that is what Pathfinder Services is all about. We Serve
People.
My very best to you and those you love!

SPOTLIGHT
The Dream Fund
There have now been more than 100 dreams fulfilled with the
Dream Fund at Pathfinder Services thanks to generous
donations from businesses, private donors, and the AWS
Foundation. Dreams include attending sporting events, hot air
balloon rides, a holiday carriage ride…and most recently a
concert and a birthday party!
Susan loves Elvis Presley, so on January 19, she had a dream
come true when she went out to lunch and then to the
Honeywell Center to see the Elvis Tribute Artist Spectacular.
She could not stop smiling!
Jennifer always wanted to have a birthday party with her
friends, so on January 31, we gave her a surprise party she will
never forget! Tears came to her eyes when she saw the pink and
silver balloons, cake, and decorations, and tables filled with
friends.
We say thank you because these once-in-a-lifetime experiences
could not come true without the generosity of others!
