properties. Their history may be illustrious, and 

their stones may be old — some are very old 

indeed — but we make you feel like the first guest. 

Twenty-first century comforts are wrapped inside

& Thirty Years 

When you rent a villa with Tuscany Now & More, 

we share experience and knowledge built over 

decades. Ever since we began, our business 

has been family-owned and family-run. Three 

generations created our unique portfolio of Italian 

villa rentals. 

2020 marks another milestone: our 30th year 

together. 

When you browse this catalogue or our website, 

you can be certain one of us has visited every villa 

you see — in fact, it’s likely all of us have. You won’t 

find these villas anywhere else. We work together 

with the individual owners to create a property 

and a stay you will remember forever. 

There is no shortcut to the expertise we have on 

Tuscany, Umbria and the rest of Italy. It took us 30 

years to acquire.

from rustic Tuscan stone, accented with

Renting a beautiful house in Italy should be fun, 

not daunting. That’s why we have a dedicated 

concierge team to assist with anything that crops 

up before or during your trip. Our concierges 

can arrange cooks, maids and other extras for 

your villa. They also provide invaluable local 

knowledge and advice about the practicalities 

of travelling in Italy. 

From the beginning to the end of your stay, our 

concierges are just a phone call or WhatsApp away.

We can provide chefs, maids, babysitters and 

shopping; cooking lessons; and all kinds of extras 

directly at your villa. 

Every TN&M property is different, so what is
