beautiful, sunny day! I also love to hit the gym and cycle
all of the awesome trails that Dallas has to offer. And
kitties....Lucy and Hazel bring me great joy.

Favorite Maverick activity?
I try to attend every Mavs & Mochas event but for the
smaller crowd, I love the Sunday impromptu meet ups for
coffee where we can sit around and just talk and chill for
a couple of hours. I love the concours, the tours and the
All Member Party but the Founder’s Day has to be my
favorite day of the year!

How long have you been a member?
Although I bought my first Porsche in 1995, I didn’t join
PCA until 20 years later, in 2015. One of the first Maverick
members I met was Jim Hirsch, who encouraged me to
volunteer for the Goodie Store role, which I fulfilled until
being asked to consider becoming Treasurer.

Occupation?
After completing a Finance degree, my first career was
in banking. Later obtaining a MBA, I went to the lottery
industry as part of the startup team for the Indiana Lottery.
I moved to Austin in 1992 to help start the Texas Lottery,
then on to Dallas with GTE/Verizon. I currently divide my
time between real estate and automotive brokerage.
Family?
My husband Frank Zack and I live in north Dallas with
two dogs; both are Boxers we adopted through Legacy
Boxer Rescue: Cowboy and Etta. Frank is Director of
Beverage and Operations for Neiman Marcus restaurants,
and has been with the company over 20 years.
Interest?
Travel. Our latest trip was to Greece. If you’re ever in
Athens, the Hellenic Motor Museum is a must-see. One of
our most exciting trips was to Spain when we ran with the
bulls in Pamplona. We also love road trips, and take an
annual road trip to Aspen in June, in a Porsche. Last year
was in a Boxster, the year before in a 911 . . . not sure yet
what it will be this year.
What do we drive?
We currently have three Porsches in the garage: 1980 928,
1981 928, 2008 Cayenne S. Current non-Porsches include
a Mercedes S600 and Audi A3 TDI. But that lineup is
subject to change at any time!
Favorite Maverick activity?
I really enjoy the Tours - it’s a great opportunity to get out
and drive, often followed by a lunch or other social event.
That’s the wonderful thing about this club . . . there truly
is something for everyone.
