Philippines is the ultimate destination if you want the
combination of beautiful islands and really breath-taking
beaches. It’s the paradise of the East, with its tropical and
sun rich islands, white sandy beaches, palms and amazing
diving opportunities. In addition you can find fascinating
and smoking volcanoes, cathedrals and Instagram friendly
rice farms.
Most people at the Philippines are called Negritos also known as ”Aeta”. They came 30,000
years ago, and organized themselves into small tribes. Indonesian missionaries made most
people convert to Islam in the 1,300. Still a lot of the tribes have lived untouched from the
many fighters, and they stay true to their original religion. Imagine if you are lucky enough to
get invited home to this tribe! What an experience!
The Philippines has more than 7,500 islands, and the main
island Luzon is where you find the capital, Manila. This
place has mountains in north, and it’s also the place where
most Filipinos live. The tropical rain forest you find at the
island Palawan, which you find towards Borneo. The nature
is beyond amazing and a lot of places are still unexplored.
Some of the islands are actually covered by rice terraces
made hundred years ago, and it’s a spectacular view towards
the green, volcano mountain sides. In addition to growing
rice, they also have a lot of maize, bananas and manila
champ.
The people at the Philippines are known for their friendliness and relaxing attitude. This picture is however destroyed by some really colourful parties, especially
if you travel between January and May – then you’ll find a fiesta almost everywhere. But, if you don’t want the party, Philippines is still an amazing place to just
relax and recharge your batteries! Sunshine, white beaches, palm trees and great drink and food experiences – really what more can you wish for?

can use all privately? However, please remember

La Union
Have you ever looked at a surfer and though Wow
– I wish that was me? Well, now it can actually be
you. La Union is the perfect place for this, and
you can find plenty of surfing opportunities
around this place! Who knows – maybe you can
find the sport you’re really talented in!

Who doesn’t just love shoes? We’re guessing this
could probably be all ladies dream place, as we
know ladies loves their shoes! You might get
overwhelmed by the amazing shoe collection of
Imelda Marco’s.

On the island Bohol you’ll find the very special
chocolate mountains, and what’s better than
starting the day with a mountain walk? The stories
says that the mountains are tears from a giant
with heartbreak, while the more down-to-earth
story says that the shapes were made thousands
of years ago when the islands where still under
water. We love the heartbreak version, and think
it’s an amazing story!
Kawasan Fs
Kawasan Falls is said to be the most beautiful
waterfall in the world. To get here you need to go
through the jungle before ending up at the lagoon
with crystal clear water surrounded by mountains,
trees and the sound from the waterfall. If you go a
little bit further you will find so many small waterfalls,
with as crystal clear, blue water.
Snorkлing
The crystal clear water at the Philippines makes it
the perfect destination for snorkeling. You get to
see the corals and the view is basically so beautiful
that you could stay there forever. With more than
7,500 islands to explore, you have plenty of
options when coming to snorkeling, and we trust

Casa Manila and Forth Santiago are just examples
of some of the places to visit while in Manila. You
can learn how the city bloomed to its independence
at the Museum of the Filipino. You can see
international concerts at SM Mall of Asia, or you
can dance the night away to Pilipino rhythms at
Revel at the Place or Valkyrie Manila. Modern
Manila is a mixture of churches, galleries,
museums and night life and together it’s the
perfect holiday destination!
Apo Reef

The biggest coral reef at the Philippines is outside
the coast of Mindoro. The coral reef is 34 km2
and is protected by the government, which means
no ship can come in and harm or disturb the
animal life. This makes it the perfect snorkelling
place. There’s a great collection of species you
might not see elsewhere, like the Giant Napoloen
Wrasse-fish. Just watch out for the Trigger Fish –
it might chase you away!

Bridge
Have you ever watched the movies where people
deep inside the jungle meet a dangerous bridge,
and it’s the only way to cross the river? Tukuran
Hanging Bridge is like this – it can seem scary to
some, but others will love it! It really represents
the wild and free within the Philippines. Every
step gives you a swing back and forth, especially if
more people are crossing at the same time.

even though it’s a popular tourist place we recommend pay the place a visit, but do it in the mornings – then it’s less
