BOKER PLUS CHEFYOUGO & SANYOUGO<br />
Cooking with friends and family is becoming more<br />
and more popular. In the kitchen or outdoors,<br />
cooking and eating together is a defining moment<br />
of community. The compact, shortened kitchen<br />
knives SanYouGo and ChefYouGo by <strong>Boker</strong> Plus<br />
are perfect for use outside of your own kitchen.<br />
Jesper Voxnæs reduced the classic knife formats to<br />
the essentials, shortening the handles in particular.<br />
The blades, made from high quality 440C, are also<br />
noticeably shorter compared to classic kitchen<br />
knives. The SanYouGo was made from the essence<br />
of a Santoku, while the classic chef’s knife was the<br />
source of inspiration for the ChefYouGo. The blades<br />
of these two extremely compact and flexible models<br />
are finely satined, while the scales consist of black<br />
G10 with a red fiber layer. Leather sheath included.<br />

Compared to the SanYouGo, the blade of this model<br />
is a little longer. In order to keep the right balance,<br />
the dimensions of the handle are slightly more<br />
generous as well - which doesn’t at all diminish the<br />
compact and flexible qualities of this concept! Blade<br />
length: 11,5 cm. Overall length: 19 cm.<br />

2 BOKER PLUS SANYOUGO<br />
The classic Santoku grip, in which thumb and<br />
index finger are placed quite far out on the<br />
blade, is perfect for the short handle that curves<br />
into the palm and is held by the middle and ring<br />
finger. This concept provides outstanding cutting<br />
control! Blade length: 8,4 cm. Overall length:<br />
14,2 cm. Weight: 70 g.<br />
