The Aria sommelier knife is the result of a
collaboration between Farfalli and Cutting
Martinuzzo, a manufacturer of luxury kitchen
accessories from Maniago. The modern knife is
characterized by an innovative design and a special
construction technique, which is even protected by
three patents. The individual steel and aluminium
parts are precision CNC milled or metal powder
injection moulded. Delivery in a noble presentation
box with anodised aluminium lid. Overall length:
