It’s a common fact that when the weather is nice, we

often struggle to agree on where to go for a day out.

Whether it be the beach, shopping or a brisk walk in the

countryside, we’re spoilt for choice. But what about a

vineyard? Some may still be coming to terms with the

fact that this country actually produces wine, but the

UK wine industry is booming. So, booming in fact that

during the long hot summer of 2018 (you remember

that) a staggering 15.6 million bottles were produced,

beating the previous record of 6.3 million bottles back

in 2014. The UK wine industry is now winning new fans

and turning heads like a Hollywood blockbuster with a

subtle Greensleeves soundtrack.
