Tickle your taste buds at Ely’s 8th Food and Drink Festival, which is getting bigger and
better than ever! Following a ‘VE Day’ theme, we will be welcoming over 75 Artisan food
producers encompassing an extensive street food market, kitchen pantry area full of
goodies, a food marquee and so much more. Our Celebrity Chefs will also demonstrate in
our fabulous Cookery Theatre Live!
This year we welcome Tristan Welch from Parker’s Tavern, Cambridge. Welcome back Jean
Christophe-Novelli and food historian Dr Annie Gray! Further details to follow. All the
smaller artisan, specialist food and drink traders will be housed in the large, food marquee
with plenty of samples and tastes available. Our entertainment corner will have bands
playing on both days, together with local brewery, or a cocktail if you fancy! Throughout the
day many of our gorgeous independent shops will be open late, so there is plenty to see
and do!
