Carol Saunderson grew up in East Anglia as a member of a
farming family. She has been working as a painter for 25 years.
Her semi-abstract, richly coloured works are characterised by
their lively brushwork and mark-making. She is continually
inspired by the cyclically changing landscape surrounding her
Suffolk home.

29-Apr Art Deco: Global Design for a Modern Age
The range of artifacts, seen at the 1925 International Exhibition
in Paris, show a very different understanding of modernity

14-29 Mar Lambing weekends
Lambing begins in March and on lambing days, you will see
new-born lambs and young lambs at the lambing yard in our
Tudor Stables — as well as older lambs out in the paddocks.
You might even see a lamb being born! The shrubbery and
back wood are carpeted with snowdrops, aconites, primroses
and violets and swathes of daffodils begin to flower on the front
lawns and the moat banks. 11am-4pm.
