Festival <strong>Seafood</strong><br />

Booth 40- Mo’s<br />

Mo’s <strong>Seafood</strong> and Chowder is a local family owned and operated restaurant that has<br />

been serving their nationally famous clam chowder and Oregon <strong>Seafood</strong> on Newport’s<br />

Historic Bayfont for over 70 years. Mo’s has served their clam chowder at all 42 wine<br />

festivals and this year is no different. The Mo’s family is delighted to be serving their<br />

famous clam chowder and garlic cheese again this year.<br />

Booth 5- Killa Dilla<br />

Starting as the first mate and cook on the family fishing boat, Mason always had a knack<br />

for flavor. A quick, nourishing meal was always hard to come by on the boat, but smoked<br />

salmon quesadillas and fresh Albacore tuna quesadillas fit the bill. By combining influences<br />

of Baja cuisine with family-inspired recipes, Mason began selling the Killa Dilla in<br />

downtown Eugene, Oregon. With perennial food cart locations in Eugene and Portland,<br />

Mason now takes the Killa Dilla to events all over the country, congregating where hungry<br />

people have need.<br />

Booth 36- Asiatico<br />

We are a family and locally owned small business chef-driven restaurant. Hidden away<br />

at Newport’s Historic Bayfront with a spectacular view of Yaquina Bay. An abundance of<br />

fresh seafood indigenous to the area combined with unique cocktails and sake collections,<br />

Asiatico is the Oregon Coast’s premier restaurant for an innovative Asian fusion<br />

cuisine and sushi at its best.<br />

Booth 104- NW Naturally <strong>Seafood</strong><br />

Naturally N.W. <strong>Seafood</strong>s, purveyors of the Ocean’s finest local seafood. It has been an<br />

honor to be part of the greater Newport fishing community for generations. The Newport<br />

<strong>Seafood</strong> & <strong>Wine</strong> Festival has been a fun part of our family for over 30 years! We are<br />

committed to serving the freshest local Dungeness crab cocktails, shrimp cocktails and<br />

oyster shooters.<br />

Booth 25, 26 & 27- Crab & Shrimp Melts<br />

Using fresh local seafood, the Waldport boosters will be raising funds wile serving delicious<br />

seafood melts, including those with Dungeness crab, and Pacific shrimp.<br />

Booth 6- Salishan Resort Booth 6<br />

Welcome to Salishan: your basecamp for the Oregon Coast. Wrap yourself in rustic<br />

luxury among the Douglas firs and tranquil Siletz Bay in this newly renovated resort.<br />

Recognized by Condé Nast Traveler as one of the top resorts in the U.S. in 2018, Salishan<br />

accommodates travelers in search of everything from a simple, spacious room with a<br />

private balcony and fireplace, to a signature suite with a hot tub for two. They will be<br />

serving Dungeness Crab Salad in a squid ink cone and also a Potlatch Salmon Mousse.<br />

Booth 4- Pacific Crab Company<br />

Based on the North Coast of Oregon, we serve only fresh and seasonal coastal seafood<br />

fare. At our table, local Dungeness Crab is king! Come try our Crabby Leek Chowder,<br />

fresh Crab Cocktails, our famous Salt and Pepper Dungeness Legs, or our Crab Bake<br />

Mac & Cheese.<br />

Booth 10- Canby Asparagus<br />

Casa De Tamales and Canby Asparagus Farm incorporates authentic and fresh<br />

ingredients to make outstanding tamales, mole, and chili rellenos. Featuring<br />

handmade tortillas and homemade salsa, Casa de Tamales is the closest place<br />

in Portland to Old Mexico. Our tasty ingredients are grown locally at Canby<br />

Asparagus Farm or other Local Farms in Oregon. Because we prefer the allnatural<br />

method of food preparation, all of our dishes and ingredients are<br />

gluten-free, with no MSG and no preservatives. For an additional charge, any<br />

of our tamales can be prepared using only organic ingredients.<br />

Booth 171 & 176- <strong>Seafood</strong> Gumbo<br />

Support the local fire department in Newport and enjoy their tasty<br />

seafood gumbo!<br />

Booth 103- G-Gourmet Catering<br />

Our mission is very simple, to create incredible tasting food that shows the<br />

passion we have for life, and that utilizes the wonderful bounty of fresh ingredients<br />

that we have in the Willamette Valley. We will be serving gourmet pasta<br />

bowls at the Newport <strong>Seafood</strong> & Festival, and we attempt to capture our love<br />

for food with every bite.<br />

Booth 59 & 74-<br />

Clearwater<br />
