Anhui Tianyi Environmental Protection Tech. Co., Ltd is a
science and technology innovation enterprise focusing on
eco-friendly plasticizers and biodiesel. The offices are located
in Hangzhou, China. The eco-friendly plasticizers for different
PVC products (film, cable compounds, artificial leather, gloves
and foams) are based on epoxidized soybean oil. Epoxidized
soybean oil is a PVC plasticizer and
stabilizer with good heat resistance
and flexibility. As the substitution of
phthalates plasticizers it has a great
significance for the aging resistance
and stabilization of PVC products.

Hairma Chemicals
PLA is one of the specialties of Hairma Group, based in
Suzhou, China. HM-F100 is a PLA grade which is colorless
and transparent. It is suitable for film blowing blow molding
cast film production and injection molding. This grade
is recommended for food packaging, packaging of daily
necessities, shopping bags electronic products packaging etc.
HM-F200 is white and translucent, cost effective mineral
filled PLA grade, whereas HM-F300 is the cost effective grade
based on modified starch. All grades are USDA certified
biobased products.

dioxide and water, biodegradable bags of lignin are the only
compostable bags that contribute to the quality of compost. In
addition, since the raw material, lignin, is from plant straw it
is also renewable and thus a co-friendly.
Modified lignin thermoplastic (SQLM-01A) is a brown
powder that has been tested and certified to be over 96%
biobased. SQLM-01A blended with PBAT can provide a film
resin that is both strong and compostable. It can be used for
compostable flexible films, such as trash bags, pet waste
bags, agricultural films, packaging bags and shopping bags.
Blended with conventional plastics such as polypropylene
SQLM-01A can increase the flexural modules or stiffness
of the resulting resin. The field of applications for example
automotive parts, shopping baskets or turnover boxes. Of
course such blends are not biodegradable.

and marketing. The brand of Hisun’s PLA resin is REVODE ® .
At Chinaplas 2016, Hisun presented different grades of
conventional PLA grades (such as Revode 101, 110, 190, 201,
210, 290) and modified PLA resins (such as Revode 213, 219C,
711, etc.) as well as some PLA applications. Compared with
traditional plastics, Revode offers a higher food contact safety, it
is non-toxic and features unique high-temperature resistance
properties. Thus it is an ideal material for food packaging,
tableware,etc.. The products presented at Chinaplas include
fiber products, disposable products, household articles and
3D printing filaments.

company is offering three main grades: for injection molding
heat resistant and non-heat resistant grades for products
such as cutlery, pregnancy test kits, electrical plugs, cuplids,
telephone cases etc.. A special grade for film blowing
and bottle blow molding can be used to produce various types
of packaging, garbage bags, or cosmetic bottles. The third
grade is for sheet extrusion and thermoforming. Potential
applications are file folders, blister packaging, plates etc..
