Professional fund management for our investors: there<br />
was the option to invest in in-house closed-end funds<br />
with a one-time deposit or a personal savings plan as<br />
an additional investment opportunity.<br />
These are currently closed to new investors; however,<br />
the existing funds are professionally invested, and<br />
we’re considering new issues in the future.<br />
Closed-end funds are used to acquire properties or<br />
property holdings, with investors benefiting from the<br />
opportunity to achieve additional yields from sales or<br />
letting. Investors are part of our project in this long-term<br />
investment opportunity. We immediately reinvest any<br />
yields from sales, holdings or rental in the respective<br />
