Currently, our main focus is the acquisition of apartment packages and buildings in Vienna. As part of this process, it’s particularly important to us that we actively participate in shaping space utilisation and the tenant structure as well as the general interior and exterior appearance while preserving the historical building stock. Our goal is direct property investment characterised on the one hand by long-term, profitable letting and on the other hand by exploiting all opportunities to increase value. Moreover, we don’t sell our specially developed projects but retain them in the portfolio for the purposes described above.
