By <strong>2020</strong>, the new Kirschblütenpark in Vienna's<br />
Donaustadt will be home to a state-of-the-art housing<br />
development. Its position in the heart of Kagran not<br />
only offers an ideal location right by the local twohectare<br />
recreational area – the park was designed in the<br />
Japanese style – but also benefits from excellent public<br />
transport connections and is close to the Donauzentrum<br />
shopping centre. The Vienna International School and<br />
the UNO City are also in the immediate vicinity. Vienna's<br />
city centre is only a few minutes away with the U1<br />
