OBJECTIVE IS TO
GIVE OUR BEST
EVERY DAY
It is very important to me that every single employee feels
comfortable at C&P. That’s why we offer many benefits such
as employee bonuses, events, flexible working hours, home
office (laptops) and much more. Our team is very committed,
and in our opinion, that’s precisely why they should have
as much fun at their work as possible. Our team not only
gives its best, but always strives to exceed customers’
expectations.
Their enthusiasm was invaluable when we were completing
our new, multi-award winning head office in Graz's Brewery
Quarter, which fully meets our requirements. We also
completed and moved into new offices in our company
locations in Vienna and Berlin in 2019. It is very important
for us to be able to offer all of our employees a working
environment that reflects our corporate culture and company
values.
Besides the obvious services, there are also several areas
of the company which are certainly vital, but which are
not talked or written about that often. Our employees also
deliver a top performance in these areas each and every
day. Among other things, our IT department now “manages”
more than 40 terabytes of data, our car fleet has grown
enormously, staff numbers have quadrupled in the last
6 years and our Finance & Controlling department now
manages 100 subsidiary and project companies.
Our Marketing department, which, among other things,
creates a large number of such folders annually, also makes
a fundamental contribution to the success of our company.
This is also true of our Customer Management department,
which handles our annual apartment sales, and our Service
Centre, which manages the investment capital invested in
our projects.
It fills me with great pride each day that I’m able to continue
developing our successful company together with this great
team, true to my motto: "Quality begins by putting customer
and employee satisfaction first.”
