FOCUS ON THE FUTURE
C&P celebrated its thirteenth anniversary in 2019. This
event gave us the opportunity not only to look back,
but also to look forward to new prospects and plans for
the future. The project development team and around
50 of our subsidiaries are currently developing projects
with a total volume of around 1.2 billion Euro. Approximately
7,200 new apartments will be built by 2023. Our
largest project to date was the Puntigam Brewery District.
New housing for around 2,000 people was created
as well as a whole new district in the south of Graz.
We are staying focused on urban areas with high
development potential. In Austria, Graz and Vienna are
predicted to experience the highest levels of population
growth. With its capital Berlin and affluent suburbs in
the surrounding Brandenburg region, Germany offers
thrilling terrain for the development of new projects and
financially exciting construction projects for investors.
Based on this project development volume and other planned
locations, C&P is once again securing its position as the
market leader for private sector property investment in Austria.
