02 C&P MISSION STATEMENT C&P MISSION STATEMENT 03 OUR ASPIRATION IS OUR CLIENTS’ SUCCESS In 2006, Markus Ritter and Thomas Schober-Plankl founded C&P Immobilien AG from the deep conviction that property had the potential to become the investment vehicle of the future. What started as a vision over ten years ago, namely, to offer an integral concept for the commercial exploitation of rental property, has since established itself as a successful business model and has made C&P the Austrian market leader in private-sector property investment. To achieve our objective of making investing a more enjoyable prospect for our customers, we created an “all from a single source product” in the form of C&P investment properties. These are uncomplicated and profitable investment vehicles for those who cannot dedicate much time to their investments, or who lack the necessary know-how. Our own project development department handles property development. We are able to find ideal plots for our properties owing to our position within an outstanding network. Our investment properties are marketed directly by the C&P sales team as well as in cooperation with sales partners in Austria, Croatia and Germany. We offer customised investment concepts that have been precisely tailored to the circumstances of each individual investor. In combination with the “comprehensive C&P service” package, a buy-to-let property will guarantee your financial success. This is based on the optimum rentability of the property. C&P also handles lettings and property management. Our property investment product has already proven to be a great success, but we also have new products in the pipeline. In addition to innovative living concepts, we also plan to develop cutting-edge work concepts. After a three-year period of consolidation, we aim to continue our healthy growth with new ideas starting in 2020. With 1.2 billion Euro and around 7,200 apartments in the pipeline, we’ll have developed new living space in urban centres such as Graz, Vienna, Berlin and the surrounding Brandenburg region by 2023.
