This is our first.

and medicine. It is the
world-famous Bulgarian
yogurt. harmonica’s yogurt
is authentic - from 100%
organic milk with no
extras or additives and no
homogenization.
Yogurt was our first product
and we continue to make it
with lots of love, respect
and enthusiasm. And yes, it
is full of good bacteria -
Lactobacillus Bulgaricus and
Streptococcus thermophilus.

TOMA
Toma is our Chief food technologist. He is the primary guardian
and a wizard of our core dairy products – yogurt and kefir.
We’ve all gotta start somewhere. Our start was in 2006
when three friends – Maggie, Meto and Lubo chose
to work with the first organic cow farms in Bulgaria.
They didn’t plan to start a business. They wanted
to provide real food for their own families.
harmonica’s first product was traditional, tasty,
emblematic Bulgarian yogurt. It started a journey
that took us to a whole Milky Way of organic products.
