The Business M2M package is intended for regular exchanges of
information between geographically dispersed hardware and servers .
It enables the following methods of use:
Business M2M for data exchange only .
Business M2M DTMF for data exchange and the occasional use of the
voice channel (DTMF signalling or emergency calls) .

the free single plan option pools the plans of a set of Business M2M
subscriptions
the stock mode option (€ 3 exc . VAT per subscription on subscription of
the option) suspends billing of the subscription for 6 months . If the line is
commissioned (first traffic) during this period, billing resumes automatically .

the M2M Intense package
description
The M2M Intense package is intended for important and unforeseeable
exchanges of information between geographically dispersed hardware
and servers .
Thanks to the included optima option, your invoice is adjusted each
month to the most advantageous band (500 kb, 500 Mb, 1 Gb, 2 Gb,
5 Gb) according to the true consumption of your hardware .
The contract duration is 36 months .
It includes the following subscriptions:
M2M Intense for data exchange only .
M2M Intense Intense DTMF for data exchange and the occasional use
of the voice channel (DTMF signalling or emergency calls) .

description
The M2M Europe package is intended for exchanges of information
between geographically dispersed hardware and servers . It is constituted
of subscriptions including a data plan usable in Metropolitan France or in
Europe [the 27 member countries of the European Union, including the
Overseas Départements, plus Switzerland and Andorra] .
It includes the following types of subscription:
M2M Europe for data exchange only .
M2M Europe DTMF for data exchange and the occasional use of the
voice channel (DTMF signalling or emergency calls) .

tariff for communications in Metropolitan France
data (gprs/edge/3g)
The tariff for gprs/edge/3g communications depends on the Business
M2M, M2M Intense and M2M Europe pricing plans .
The volume of gprs/edge/3g data exchanged on the network is billed as
follows:
all traffic exchanged between the customer’s handset and the mobile
networks is billed (usable data, protocol headers, acknowledgements
of receipt, information linked to error control) .
on the Orange France network (communications in Metropolitan France),
billing takes place by indivisible bands of 1 kilobyte . Traffic is monitored
during the sessions by 12 hour periods and at the end of the session .
For each period, the sum of the data exchanged in both directions is
rounded up to the nearest kilobyte .
SMS
A sliding scale tariff is applied to the base price of the SMS according to the
number of SMS sent each month by all Business M2M subscriptions of the
fleet . This tariff is obtained by application of a discount to the SMS unit base
tariff of € 0 .125 exc . VAT:

The tariff for gprs/edge/3g communications made in Europe within the
framework of the M2M Europe package is specified in the section «The
M2M Europe packag» .
in other cases, data gprs/edge/3g communications overseas and in the
DOM are billed as follows:

description
The secure APN option makes it possible to use dynamic public IP
addresses on the Internet . The addresses to be used, limited to 5, must
be defined in advance by the Customer .

self-management and self-diagnostic options
description
Self-management and self-diagnostic offer a set of services described
hereunder .
It is necessary to have first subscribed to the Business Machine to
Machine package and to have an internal application in order to integrate
the services offered .
self-management
administration of profiles
this service makes it possible to give secure and targeted access by job
from the portal .
simplified line ordering
this service makes it possible to order new lines from the portal .
optimisation of sim set-up
this service makes it possible to monitor the SIM card set-up process
for industrial deployment: from manufacture of the machine to its use .
The subscription to the 1st traffic billing option is billed at 3 euros exc .
VAT .
connectivity database
this service associates the information of the machine (serial number,
version, etc .) with the information of the SIM card (GSM number, NSCE,
etc .) . This database can be shared between the different business lines
(logistics manager, operator, accountant, etc .) .
usage monitoring
this service makes it possible to consult the history of use, by subscription,
over a predefined period .
online billing
this service enables electronic billing from the portal .

self-diagnostic
network coverage verification
provides the radio coverage status of the Orange France mobile network in
the geographical location of the machine .
history of connections
provides the history of GPRS, EDGE, UMTS communication sessions for a
given machine .
help with incident diagnostics
eliminates doubt between a machine breakdown or a malfunction of the
Orange France mobile communication network .
alarms
enables the Customer to schedule alarms for one or more units in accordance
with the 5 following criteria:
1 . Geography: an alert will be issued for any use of machines from a
country or an operator not listed by the customer .
2 . Period: an alert will be issued for any use of machines outside the dates
and times defined by the customer .
3 . IMEI update: an alarm will be issued in the event of change to the identity
of a machine . The identity of a machine results from the association
of a unit with a SIM card .
4 . Type of communication: the type of call; the customer defines the types
of call permitted by the machine .
5 . Threshold: the customer defines a usage threshold for one or more
machines, beyond which an alert will be sent .

the keys to understand, analyse and manage your telecommunications bill
Invoice Reports: access the invoice analysis service indicators and consult
the summary of your invoices for the last 12 months
Usage Reports: analyse the communications of each line in real time .
