La bandera azul
Una playa no es igual que la otra:
En el litoral, de ocho kilómetros de longitud, encontrará constantemente tanto unas
bahías pequeñas y románticas de piedra, como tres playas de fina arena: las playas
“L’Ampolla “, “Platgetes” y “El Portet” - todas las playas están certificadas con la
bandera azúl de la Unión Europea.
Del junio al septiembre estas playas disponen durante el día de un servicio de rescate.
Cada playa tiene además un puesto sanitario con equipo de primeros auxilios y
un desfibrilador. En la playa de “L’Ampolla” hay personal capacitado para el acceso
de personas con discapacidad.
Casi todas las playas de Moraira disponen duchas para los pies, parques infantiles,
restaurantes y suficientes plazas de aparcamiento.
Teulada-Moraira ha conseguido para sus playas y bahías los siguientes certificados
de calidad: Certificado de Calidad según la norma ISO 9001 y el Certificado de Gestión
del Medio Ambiente conforme a la norma ISO 14001.

La Bandera Azul es un reconocido distintivo
ecológico para la buena calidad de una
playa y del agua. Es otorgada por la Fundación
Europea de Educación Ambiental
por un período de un año a playas en más
de 40 países de todo el mundo.
Para que una playa esté galardonada con
la Bandera Azul, las ciudades y los municipios
tienen que solicitar esta etiqueta.
Sin embargo, los criterios para este premio
son muy altos.
Se debe mantener el
cumplimiento de las disposiciones
claramente
definidas para la calidad
del agua, así como
estrictos estándares de
seguridad, los servicios
y las regulaciones ambientales.
Un criterio importante
para la diversión sana
de bañarse es la calidad
del agua y la seguridad,
y la limpieza de la zona
de la playa. La Bandera
Azul sólo se concede si
la playa tiene suficientes
salvavidas y ayudas de salvamento
de acceso libre, tales como salvavidas y
cajas de primeros auxilios. La playa debe
tener también un quiosco o un bar en la
playa con el fin de garantizar el suministro
de agua potable. Por otra parte, la playa
se debe limpiar regularmente y ofrecer
suficientes contenedores de residuos y
aseos.

1 Playa El Portet
La península del Cap d ‘Or resguarda
la Playa del Portet, una cala de arena
fina con aguas cristalinas. Justo en la
playa es un precioso paseo marítimo
con restaurantes. Izquierda y derecha
de la bahía está una zona de roca, por
lo que también es muy adecuado para
el snorkeling.

vigilancia, lava-pies, WC, pasarelas,
parking, piraguas, restaurantes.
Im Schutz des „Cap d´Or“ liegt dieser
herrliche kleine Sandstrand mit seinem
kristallklarem Wasser und der schönen
Promenade mit Restaurants. Links und
rechts wird die Bucht von Felsen gesäumt,
daher ist sie auch sehr gut zum
Schnorcheln geeignet.

Die blaue Flagge
Strand ist nicht gleich Strand:
An der acht Kilometer langen Küste finden Sie, unterbrochen von romantischen kleinen
Felsenbuchten, drei herrliche Strände mit feinem Sand: die Strände “L’Ampolla “,
“Platgetes” und “El Portet” - alle wieder mit der blauen Flagge ausgezeichnet.
Vom Juni bis September verfügen diese Strände tagsüber über einen Rettungsdienst.
Jeder Strand hat desweiteren einen Sanitätsposten mit Erste Hilfe Ausrüstung sowie
einem Defibrillator. Am Strand von “L’Ampolla “ steht geschultes Personal für den
Zugang für Personen mit Behinderungen bereit.
Außerdem sind an allen Stränden Fußduschen, Kinderspielplätze und Restaurants,
sowie ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Teulada-Moraira hat für die Strände und
Buchten der Gemeinde folgende Qualitäts-Zertifikate erlangt: Zertifikat für Qualität
ISO 9001 und Umweltmanagement ISO 14001.
Die blaue Flagge ist ein anerkanntes Öko- Siegel
für eine gute Strand und Wasserqualität.
Sie wird für die Dauer eines Jahres von der
unabhängigen Stiftung für Umwelterziehung
an Strände in mehr als 40 Ländern weltweit
vergeben.
Damit ein Strand mit der blauen Flagge ausgezeichnet
wird müssen sich Kommunen
und Städte für dieses Siegel bewerben. Die
Kriterien für diese Auszeichnung sind allerdings
sehr hoch.
Die Erfüllung genau festgelegter Bestimmungen
für die Wasserqualität, sowie strenge
Sicherheitsstandards, Serviceleistungen und
Umweltauflagen müssen eingehalten werden.
Ein wichtiges Kriterium für ein gesundes Badevergnügen
ist die Qualität des Wassers und
die Sicherheit und Reinlichkeit des Strandareals.
Die blaue Flagge wird nur vergeben, wenn
der Strand über genug Rettungsschwimmer
und frei zugängliche Rettungshilfen wie Rettungsringe
und Erste-Hilfe-Kästen verfügt.
Auch muss der Strand einen Kiosk oder
eine Strandbar haben, um die Versorgung
mit Trinkwasser zu gewährleiten. Desweitern
muss der Strand regelmäßig gereinigt werden
und genug Abfallbehälter und Toiletten zur
Verfügung stehen.

En la Carretera de Moraira a la playa
del Portet y cerca frente a la bocana del
Club Náutico Moraira, encontramos la
recóndita Cala Portichol, muy apropiada
para el buceo y la pesca.

Felsenbucht Cala Portichol, die

The blue flag
One beach is not like another:
There are three beautiful beaches of fine sand as well as small romantic rocky bays
along the coastline that is eight kilometres long: “L’Ampolla”, “Platgetes” and “El
Portet” - all beaches were awarded with the blue flag of the European Union.
From June to September these beaches are monitored by lifesavers during the day.
Every beach also has a medical centre equipped with a first aid kit and defibrillator.
At the “L’Ampolla” beach, trained personal is available to provide access to people
with disabilities.
Nearly all of Moraira’s beaches offer foot showers, playgrounds and restaurants as
well as ample parking. Teulada-Moraira has obtained the following quality certificates
for the beaches and bays of the township: Certificate ISO 9001 for quality and ISO
14001 for environmental management.
The Blue Flag is a recognized eco-label
for a good beach and water quality. It is
awarded for a period of one year by the
independent Foundation for Environmental
Education to beaches in more than 40
countries worldwide.
In order that a beach is awarded the Blue
Flag, towns and municipalities have to
apply for this label. However, the criteria
for this award are very high.
The fulfillment of clearly identified provisions

3 Playa de L’Ampolla
Es una cala muy hermosa y urbana con
arena fina, que se encuentra a los pies
del castillo de Moraira. La calidad del
agua excelente y la ubicación directa a
la ciudad hacen de esta playa a una playa
popular de la familia. Un restaurante
está situado directamente en la playa,
otros restaurantes, tiendas e instalaciones
para practicar deportes acuáticos
están a poca distancia.

4 Les Platgetes
Siguiendo por la carretera hacia Calpe,
de fácil acceso, están las playas
de Platgetes que comparten zonas de
arena fina con zona de roca. Disponen
de aparcamiento, servicios de restauración,
lavapiés, Cruz Roja así como de
un bonito paseo que las comunica.

vigilancia, lava pies, WC, pasarelas,
sombrillas, paseo-mirador.
Parallel zur Landstraße nach Calpe liegt
der zauberhafte Sand und Felsstrand
von Platgetes.

Antes de llegar al Cap Blanc está la
playa de L´Andragó, de cantos rodados,
tiene el atractivo de estar poco masificada.
Cuenta con servicios de aparcamiento
así como de restauración. Es
una de las mejores zonas para práctica
de deportes subacuáticos.

Esta pequeña bahía con playa de
grava y arena se encuentra al pie de un
acantilado de casi 50 m de altura; el así
llamado “El Cantalar”. Cuenta con un
pequeño muelle que se adentra en el
agua. Aquí se dan las condiciones ideales
para bucear y hacer esnórquel.

BENISSA: 9 Cala Pinets
Esta pequeña bahía natural de arena y
rocas es el punto de partida para una
pequeña marcha a pie hasta el “Mar
Morta i Roques Negres (Mar Muerta
y Rocas Negras)”; un pequeño brazo
de mar poco profundo, protegido por
rocas, que constituye un lugar ideal
para el baño. Aquí también encontrará
las “rocas negras” que, debido a su
contenido en hierro, presentan un tono
inusualmente oscuro.
Diese kleine naturbelassene Sand- und
Felsenbucht ist der Ausgangspunkt für
einen kurzen Fussmarsch zu dem „Mar
Morta i Roques Negres (Toten Meer und
Schwarze Felsen)“, einem kleinen, seichten

ist. Hier finden sie auch die „Schwarzen
Felsen“, die durch den Eisengehalt

serves as the starting point of a short
walk to the “Mar Morta i Roques Negres
(dead sea and black cliffs)”: a small
shallow inlet protected by rocks which
makes it an excellent bathing spot. Its
black cliffs are remarkable due to their
unusually dark colour, caused by their
iron content.

La Fustera es una pequeña y elegante
playa de arena fina con todas las
instalaciones que pueden desear los
bañistas. Ya ha recibido diversos distintivos
medioambientales; tales como
la Bandera Azul y el premio Ecoplayas.
Además, la playa cumple los criterios de
calidad y ambientales de conformidad
con las normas ISO 9001 y 14001. En
sus proximidades se encuentra la cueva
“Cova de la Fustera”, con una altura de
10 metros, desde la cual se tiene una
excelente perspectiva a la Costa de
Benissa y del Peñón de Ifach.

Teulada-Moraira ofrece la posibilidad de realizar alguna de sus rutas señalizadas
aprovechando las temperaturas benignas que se dan durante la mayor parte del año.
El termino municipal de Teulada abarca 32 kilómetros cuadrados de los que más de
2.000 hectáreas están dedicadas a diversos cultivos agrícolas, entre los que destaca
el da la vid. El paisaje teuladino ofrece unas vistas y unas excursiones muy atractivas,
aprovechando sus 185mts de desnivel hasta llegar al mar y caracterizadas por
sus pequeñas lomas, sus campos de vid aterrazados y sus verdes pinares que salpican
de forma sorprendente todo el termino municipal.
1 Castellons
Tomando la Calle Calvo Sotelo, nos dirigimos
al camino de Castellons. En esta
ruta encontramos el Molí dels Castellons,
uno de los cinco molinos de viento
que en otros tiempos hubo en la zona.
Continuamos hacia la Urbanización Castellons
Vida, punto más elevado del recorrido,
que ofrece una panorámica espectacular.
tendremos que cruzar para llegar a la
Font Santa. Esta fuente debe su milagroso
origen a la mano de Sant Vicent que
hizo brotar agua de donde no había para
calmar la sed de su hermana Constanza.
Con sequía o con abundancia de lluvia,
de la fuente siempre mana agua gota a
gota. Esta particularidad la ha convertido
en lugar de peregrinación. Junto al
manantial se erige una ermita del siglo
XIX donde se celebran unas fiestas populares
el primer fin de semana de julio.
2 La Font de l ‘Horta y Benimarco
Desde la entrada de Teulada, por la carretera
nacional, tomando el primer camino
de la derecha, nos encontramos
con la Font de l ‘Horta donde hay una
fuente de dos caños muy apreciada.
Desde allí se sigue la carretera que lleva
a la alquería rural que comparten Benissa
y Teulada; Benimarco. Este recorrido
permite descubrir las viviendas solariegas
y casas de labor típicas en esta comarca.
3 Font Santa
Desde Teulada, por la carretera que lleva
a Moraira, a pocos metros nos desviamos
a la derecha por el Camí de les Rotgetes.
Esta sosegada ruta nos conduce
de nuevo a la carretera de Moraira que

4 Benimeit
Desde Teulada, por el camino del Pas
nos permitimos un agradable paseo, en
coche o a pie, descubriendo las construcciones
arquitectónicas de la Marina
Alta, los Riu-Raus, así como los bancales
perfectamente escalonados que producían
antiguamente la mayor riqueza
agrícola del municipio, la vid y el almendro.
Llegamos a la calle Benimarfull, nos sorprenderá
descubrir un altiplano que nos
abre una de las panorámicas más bellas
de la región. Continuamos a la derecha
por la calle Benigànim donde nos detendremos
a contemplar las vistas. Por
el camino de Fanadix, bajando hacia el
mar, llegamos a la Cala Andragó.
5 El Cap d’Or
Distancia aproximada: 1,5 Km. Tiempo
estimado: 1 hora ida y vuelta Iniciamos
esta ruta desde la Ermita de San Juan
Bautista situada en un extremo de la playa
del Portet y construida probablemente
a mediados del siglo XIX. Por la avenida
del Portet, a la izquierda tomamos

la calle Puerto Lápice hasta llegar a la calle
Puerto de Alcudia al final de la cual se inicia el
recorrido a pie. Unas franjas verdes y blancas
nos indicarán la senda hasta la torre. Poder
contemplar las maravillosas vistas sobre la
bahía de Moraira, el Peñon de Ifach, l ‘Albir,
la sierra Aitana e incluso las costas de Ibiza
en días claros nos recompensará del esfuerzo
realizado.
6 Barranco de la Cala
Distancia aproximada: 4,1 Km. Tiempo estimado:
3 h 15 m ida y vuelta Esta ruta recorre
una de las áreas más bonitas e impresionantes
del municipio y nos lleva a la playa conocida
como La Cala. Para iniciarla hay que ir
hasta la zona del Portet y coger el Camino de
la Viuda hasta la altura de la Calle Canario,
donde existe un cartel de madera indicando la
ruta. Siguiendo esta senda, existe una bifurcación
hacia la mitad del recorrido, donde se
debe continuar por el camino de la derecha.
En el último tramo la senda es más dificultosa
ya que transcurre por el cauce del barranco y
hay que ir con precaución. Una variante recomendable
de esta ruta es la senda que sale a
mano izquierda, un poco antes de llegar a la
playa de La Cala. Esta tiene un fuerte desnivel,
pero una vez arriba es totalmente plana y
sin ninguna dificultad. Por ella se llega a las
proximidades de la Playa del Moraig, en el término
municipal de Benitachell.
Recomendaciones Llevar agua y calzado adecuado,
seguir el camino marcado, no abandonar
desperdicios, no encender fuego, no
acampar y sobre todo respetar la naturaleza
ESCALADA
Para los más aventureros, existe la posibilidad
de practicar la escalada en los acantilados
de caída verti¬cal de la Peninsula del Cap
d ‘Or, de una altura máxi-ma de 166m y de
más de 45º de inclinación.

Dank der fast das gesamte Jahr über herrschenden angenehmen Temperaturen besteht
in Teulada-Moraira die Möglichkeit, Ausflüge oder Exkursionen auf den ausgeschilderten
Wanderwegen zu unternehmen. Die Gemeinde Teulada umfasst 32 Quadratkilometer,
von denen mehr als 2000 Hektar landwirtschaftlich genutzt werden,
vor allem für Weinbau. Die Natur und die Landschaft Teuladas bietet vielfältige Möglichkeiten
für Kurzwanderungen durch bis auf 185 m sanft ansteigende Weinberge,
Terrassenfelder und Pinienwälder, von wo Sie immer wieder herrliche Ausblicke auf
die grünen Täler und das Meer genießen können.
1. Castellons
In Teulada startet diese Route in der Calle
Calvo Sotelo, von hier aus begeben
Sie sich auf den Weg nach Castellons.
Auf dieser Route gelangen Sie zur Molí
dels Castellons, einer der fünf Windmühlen,
die in früheren Zeiten in dieser
Gegend standen. Anschließend wandern
Sie weiter zur Wohnsiedlung Castellons
Vida, dem höchsten Punkt der Strecke,
der einen spektakulären Panoramablick
bietet.
2. La Font de L´Horta und Benimarco
In Teulada, von der Avenida del Mediterráneo
ausgehend, biegen Sie in den
Weg zur Font del Horta (Quelle) ein, und
kommen zur Creueta del Ave María, einem
Kreuz aus Schmiedeeisen mit einer
Inschrift auf Keramik, das der Überlieferung
zufolge den Punkt markiert, an
dem der Heilige Vicente Ferrer die Gemeinde
gesegnet und auf diese Weise
die Pest besiegt hat. Rechts vom Kreuz
gelangen Sie zur Font del Horta, einer
gefassten Quelle zur Erfrischung. Ab der
Quelle folgen Sie der Landstrasse nach
Benimarco, einem kleinen Weiler, den
sich die Gemeinden Teulada und Benissa
teilen. Entlang dieser Strasse bekommen
Sie einen Einblick in die traditionelle
Landwirtschaft der Gegend und die
dazugehörige bäuerliche Architektur mit
den typischen Landhäusern.
3. Font Santa
Von Teulada aus über die Landstrasse
nach Moraira gelangen Sie nach etwa einem
Kilometer zum Weg Camí de les Rogetes,
der nach rechts von der Strasse
abgeht, diese wieder kreuzt, und an der
Font Santa endet. Diese Quelle verdankt
ihren Ursprung dem Heiligen Vicente
Ferrer, der die Quelle sprudeln ließ, um
den Durst seiner Schwester Constanza
zu stillen. Selbst in Dürrezeiten bringt
die Quelle immer einige Tropfen des
kostbaren Wassers hervor, ein Umstand,
der den Ort zum Ziel von Pilgerfahrten
gemacht hat. Neben der Quelle befindet
sich eine Wallfahrtskapelle aus dem
19.Jahrhundert, wo am 1.Wochenende
im Juli ein Volksfest abgehalten wird.
Von hier aus können Sie über ein asphaltiertes
Sträßchen quer über die Weinberge
zur Landstrasse von Moraira nach
Benitachell weitergehen.

4. Benimeit
Wiederum von Teulada ausgehend, spazieren
Sie über den Camino dels Pas,
um die bäuerliche Bauweise und Landschaftspflege
zu erkunden. Riuraus,

Sie beginnen diese Route an der Wallfahrtskapelle
San Juan Bautista, die sich am Ende
des Strandes von El Portet befindet, und Mitte
des 19.Jahrhunderts erbaut wurde. Über die
Avenida del Portet biegen wir links in die Calle
Puerto Lápice ab und folgen ihr bis zur Calle
Puerto de Alcudia, an deren Ende der Fußweg
beginnt. Wegweiser zeigen Ihnen den Weg
zum alten Wachturm. Der Ausblick auf die Bucht
von Moraira, den Peñón de Ifach, bis nach
Albir und die Bergkette der Aitana (an klaren
Tagen bis Ibiza) entschädigen für den anstrengenden
Aufstieg.
Streckenlänge: rund 1,5 km. Geschätzte
Dauer: hin und zurück etwa 1 Stunde.
6. Barranco de la Cala (SL-CV50)
Steinbogenvorbauten an Bauernhäusern, die
im Sommer Schatten spenden und Terrassenfelder
mit Weinstöcken und Mandelbäumen,
die im Februar herrlich weiß und rosa blühen,
und dadurch der Costa Blanca, der weißen
Küste ihren Namen gegeben haben, können
entlang dieses Weges bewundert werden,
der an der Strasse Benimarfull endet, wo Sie
auf einer Hochebene die schöne Aussicht genießen
können. Weiter nach rechts gelangen
Sie über die Strasse Beniganim und den Camino
de Fanadix bis zum Meer hinab zur Bucht
Cala Andragó (Drachenbucht).
5. Cap d´Or (SL-CV51)
Diese Route durchläuft eine der schönsten
und beeindruckendsten Gegenden der Gemeinde
und führt uns bis zu dem unter dem
Namen La Cala bekannten Strand. Vor Beginn
der eigentlichen Wanderung begeben wir uns
nach El Portet. Hier folgen wir dem Camino
de la Viuda bis auf Höhe der Calle Canario,
wo eine Holztafel die Wanderung einläutet.
Nach etwa der Hälfte des Weges erreichen
wir eine Abzweigung. Hier biegen wir rechts
ab. Auf dem letzten Teilstück wird der Weg
etwas schwieriger, da er durch ein Flussbett
verläuft und man etwas vorsichtiger gehen
muss. Eine empfehlenswerte Variante dieser
Wanderung führt über den linken Pfad, kurz
bevor man den Strand von La Cala erreicht.
Dieser Pfad besitzt zwar eine starke Steigung,
verläuft anschließend jedoch völlig eben und
ohne Schwierigkeiten. Auf ihm gelangt man in
die Nähe der Playa del Moraig im Gemeindebezirk
Benitachell.
Streckenlänge: rund 4,1 km. Geschätzte
Dauer: hin und zurück etwa 3 Stunden und 15
Minuten.
Empfehlungen Ausreichend Wasser mitnehmen
und geeignetes Schuhwerk tragen, den
ausgeschilderten Wegen folgen, keine Abfälle
zurücklassen, kein Feuer anzünden, nicht zelten
und vor allem stets die Natur achten.
KLETTERN
An den Hängen der Steilküste des Cap d´Or
gibt es für die Abenteuerlichsten die Möglichkeit
zum Klettern - ab einer maximalen
Höhe von 166 m und mehr als 45º Neigung.

Teulada-Moraira has various marked routes, which the nearly year-round pleasant
weather make inviting to take.
The municipality of Teulada takes up 32 square kilometers from which over 2.000
hectares are dedicated to different kinds of crops, amongst which the vine stands
out. The landscape offers beautiful views to discover on horseback or by bicycle or
even on foot. Here we have five wonderful routes for you to enjoy.
1. Castellons
Through the street Calvo Sotelo, we get
to the road “dels Castellons”, where we
find the Molí dels Castellons, one of the
five windmills of those times. We continue
towards the residential area called
Urbanización Castellons Vida, the highest
point in the area offering spectacular
views
2. La Font de L´Horta and Benimarco
Leaving the Avenida del Mediterráneo
through the road Sant Miquel we find
the Creueta de I’Ave Maria (a wrought
iron cross bearing an inscription in ceramics).This
cross marks the place where,
according to tradition, San Vicente
Ferrer stopped and blessed the area, so
avoiding the plague of the time destroying
the village. If you take the road on
the right, you will find the “Font de I’Horta”,
a very estimable fountain with two
spouts.
3. Font Santa
From Teulada, taking theTeulada-Moraira
road, just a few metres away we turn
right through the “Cami de la Sisca”.
This quiet route takes us, once more,
to the Teulada Moraira road which we
will have to cross to get to Font Santa.
This fountain owes its miraculous origin
to the hand of San Vicente who got water
springing out from where there was
none, so as to quench his sister Constanza`s
thirst. Both in dry and rainy seasons,
the fountain always flows with water.This
pecualirity has converted it into
a place of pilgrimage. By the fountain,
there is a 19th century hermitage where
local fiestas are held the first weekend
of July.
4. Benimeit
From Teulada, through the road “Del
Pas” you can enjoy a pleasant walk or
ride, by discovering the architectural
buildings in the MarinaAlta district.There
are “riuraus” and perfectly terraced plots
used to produce the best agriculture of
the area, being mainly vine and almond
trees. We get to the Benimarfull street
and are surprised to find a high plateau
onto one of the most beautiful views in
the whole region. We turn right into Calle
Beniganim where we will stop to enjoy
the panorama. Through the road of Fanadix,
going down towards the sea, we
get to the Cala Andragó.
5. Cap d´Or
Approximate distance, 1.5 kms. Estimated
excursion time, one hour.

to a fork, marking the halfway point, and turn
right. The final stretch across a ravine is a bit
rough, and you should proceed with caution.
An alternative way is the trail to the left, just
before reaching the La Cala beach. This trail
is very uneven, but when you reach the top
it becomes flat and can be followed with no
difficulty to the vicinity of the Playa del Moraig
beach, in the municipality of Benitachell.
We start the route from the Hermitage of San
Juan Bautista, located at one end of the beach
of El Portet, and built around the middle of the
19th century. Through the avenue of El Portet,we
turn left to the Puerto Lápice street until
we reach Puerto de Alcudia street, at the end
of which we start the route on foot.There are
some marks which will indicate the path to
take to the tower. Here we have the opportunity
to contemplate the wonderful views over
the bay of Moraira, the Rock of lfach, I’Albir,
the Aitana sierra and on bright days even the
isle of Ibiza can be seen (a big reward for such
a small effort).
6. Barranco de la Cala.
Approximate distance, 4.1 kms. Estimated excursion
time, three and a quarter hours.
This route, through some of the loveliest and
most enchanting areas in the municipality, will
take you to the beach known as La Cala. To
get there, go to the Portet area, and take the
Camino de la Viuda trail to the top of Calle Canario,
where you will see a wooden sign indicating
the way. Follow the trail till you come

Die Höhle liegt im Gebiet der Marina Alta, auf
der südlichen Seite des Gironatales in einer
Höhe von 100m. Die Bedeutung der Höhle
liegt in ihrer Geschichte. Schon vor mehr als
100.000 Jahren diente sie den Menschen als
Zufluchtsort.
The “ Cova de les Calveres” is situated on
the southern border of the Girona valley at an
elevation of nearly 330 feet, in the area of the
Marina Alta. The cave has an impressive history.
For more than 100.000 years Palaeolithic
dwellers used the place as a refuge.
La Cova de les Calaveres se encuentra ubicada
sobre el margen derecho del valle del
río Girona, a 100m de altitud, en la comarca
de la Marina Alta. La cavidad es célebre por
su dilatada historia siendo utilizada como refugio
por el hombre paleolítico hace más de

La Vall d’Ebo
CUEVA DEL RULL
Die Höhle “Cueva del Rull”, welche zu den
schönsten Höhlen im Hinterland zählt, befindet
sich nahe der kleinen Ortschaft La Vall
d’Ebo an der Strasse CV-712, nur ca 30km
von Denia entfernt. Alle Besichtigungen sind
nur mit einem Führer möglich. Die geführte
Strecke hat eine Länge von ca. 220 m und einen
Höhenunterschied von 19 m, die Temperatur
bleibt das ganze Jahr konstant bei 15-
16 Grad Celsius.

más hermosas en el interior, está cerca del
pequeño pueblo La Vall d’Ebo en la carretera
CV-712, a unos 30 km de Denia. Todas las
visitas sólo son posibles con un guía. La ruta
guiada tiene una longitud de 220 metros y una
diferencia de altura de 19 m, la temperatura
permanece constante durante todo el año entre
15-16 grados Celsius.

Besuchen Sie die „Cueva del Canelobre“ bei

Ein Tipp für alle, die dem Strand für ein paar
Stunden den Rücken kehren wollen, ist ein
Ausflug auf die Insel Tabarca.
Tabarca liegt etwa drei Meilen südöstlich vom
Cabo de Santa Pola und rund 11 Seemeilen
von der Stadt Alicante entfernt.
Die Insel ist etwa 2 Kilometer lang und 400
Meter breit und mit ca. 50 Einwohnern die einzige
bewohnte Insel der Region.
Mit einem Boot oder Katamaran gelangt man
von Alicante oder von Benidorm auf die Insel.
Una excursión a la Isla de Tabarca es una sugerencia
para todos los que quieren abandonar
la vida playera por unas horas.
Tabarca se encuentra a unas tres millas al
sureste del Cabo de Santa Pola y a unas 11
millas marítimas de la capital de Alicante. Con
una longitud de 2 km y una anchura de 400 m,
esta isla tiene tan sólo unos 50 habitantes y
constituye la única isla habitada de la región.

Taking a trip to the island of Tabarca is a recommendation
for all visitors who want an
alternative to the beach holiday. Tabarca is located
about three miles southeast of Cabo de
Santa Pola and around 11 seamiles away from
the city of Alicante.
The island is about 2 kilometres long and 400
metres wide. Occupied by approximately 50
islanders, it is the only inhabited island of the
region. From Alicante or Benidorm the island
can be reached by boat or catamaran.
Die Stadt Novelda, bekannt für ihre Marmor-Industrie,
liegt im Süden der Region Valencia,
ca. 30km von der Provinzhauptstadt
