1995 BENN GANN In April, Ben changed jobs and joined the American Chemistry Council as a Director in the Chemical Products and Technology Division in its Washington, D.C. office. In addition, he is now engaged and plans to marry his fiancé Courtney O’Keefe next summer. 1999 1 | BRAD STINSON Brad and his family just bought a house! He also started his Culture & Leadership Consulting Firm four years ago, during which his family sacrificed in ordered for him to follow his purpose and grow the business. The Lord has been so faithful in leading their lives these past four years and they have so many stories of God showing up in their lives. They are humble and grateful for this season. Ephesians 3:20 2 | ELIZABETH (BETSY) CROSWELL It has been such a busy year cheering on the CHCA Eagles and Betsy’s 9-year-old son, Hunter, through football, basketball, and lacrosse. She looks forward to watching the 4th grade boys bring home another undefeated football season! Go Eagles! 2000 3 |SARA MOORE WAGNER Sara recently won a Sustainable Arts Foundation Award for her poetry. This award is given to support artists annually, and she was chosen from a pool of 1100 applicants! She trains with some of the best professionals in the business at Emerald City Trapeze Arts. 2002 5 | ERIN TATE SCHMERR Erin (Tate) Schmerr married Daniel Schmerr in 2011. They welcomed their first child, Adela, on June 21, 2017. In October of 2018, they opened Sonder Brewing (located in Mason, Ohio) with three other families. Sonder is a 30 barrel brew house in a 19,000 square foot building located on 6.5 acres near Procter & Gamble. 2003 6 | DENIS BEAUSEJOUR Robynne and Denis are living in Hoffman Estates, a suburb of Chicago. They have two boys: Den (2.5) and Julien (8 mo). Denis left FedEx about three years ago and has been working for O.C. Tanner. Robynne is a special ed teacher at Barrington but is taking an extended maternity leave to be home with the kids. They try to make it back to Cincy as often as they can! 2004 7 | SAL CHURI This year, Salen moved down to Austin, Texas to launch a venture capital fund, Trust Ventures, which invests in startups in heavily regulated industries, and married his now-wife Lauren. JOSH BAKER Josh lives in Indianapolis with his wife and daughter. After cooking in several restaurants around Indy, he now runs the kitchen at the newly opened Jailbird. He loves making cooking fun again. When he’s not working seven days a week, he likes to fish and go hiking with his wife. 2005 LAUREN DAVIES JESTER Back in 2015, Lauren decided to pursue one of her dreams to become an entrepreneur. She chose to open up a Smoothie King location, which is a concept she fell in love with when she worked at a Cincinnati location while attending CHCA. She’s been very blessed with success at her store, but the greatest blessing it brought her was being the place where she met her husband Josh in 2016. Josh is a Lieutenant on the fire department in their local community in Granger, IN. Things haven’t slowed down since then and she wouldn’t change a thing. They were married in ‘17, blessed with triplets in ‘18, and just built a new forever home in ‘19. Also this year Lauren was honored to be named a member of the Smoothie King King’s Club, being in the top 10% of gross sales nationwide. 2006 ALUMNI NOTES 8 | SARA DURHAM NELSON Sara and her fiancé Paul wed on September 1, 2019 in Louisville, KY. They have a lovely shotgun home in Louisville’s Germantown neighborhood. They adopted their sweet puppy Elouise last August from a shelter and she recently celebrated her first birthday. Sara is celebrating two years working with Humana Military this July and recently received a promotion to Senior Communications Professional. She is a Mentor with the Big Brothers Big Sisters School-To-Work Program. She is also the Volunteer Coordinator for Dancing Well: The Soldier Project, a non-profit organization that brings the healing power of music, dance and community to veterans and loved ones suffering from Post Traumatic Stress or Traumatic Brain Injury. She also volunteers on various committees within Humana, including SALUTE!, the veterans network resource group, and the Metro United Way and Fund for the Arts associate fundraising campaigns. She and Paul are members of Tomorrow’s Leaders, the National Young Professionals Organization for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Sara was recently selected to be the “voice” of Humana Military’s new IVR (Interactive Voice Response) phone system and started a podcast with a fellow associate, called “Humana Military Roll Call”. It’s a short-form informational podcast for Humana’s internal radio station. Their goal is to help provide awareness and education around Humana Military to the larger Humana associate population. 9 | JAMIE HUXTABLE SWIGERT Jamie is involved in the women’s ministry leadership team at LifeHouse Church in Lebanon, OH. Their goal is to connect all women to other women in the church, through Christ. She enjoys volunteering at both her church & at Camp Chautauqua in Miamisburg where her husband is the Executive Director (and leads CHCA‘s faculty and staff retreat!). Their son is in Kindergarten this fall & their daughter is in pre-school. Her oldest step son got married in March & her other other step son is going into the US Navy! They like to spend lots of time at the park, pool, or exploring new places! God has richly blessed them and they are so thankful! Back in 2015, Lauren decided to<br />

an entrepreneur. She chose to open<br />

up a Smoothie King location, which is<br />

a concept she fell in love with when<br />

she worked at a Cincinnati location<br />

while attending CHCA. She’s been<br />

very blessed with success at her store,<br />

but <strong>the</strong> greatest blessing it brought<br />

her was being <strong>the</strong> place where she<br />

met her husband Josh in 2016. Josh is<br />

a Lieutenant on <strong>the</strong> fire department<br />

in <strong>the</strong>ir local community in Granger,<br />

IN. Things haven’t slowed down since<br />

<strong>the</strong>n and she wouldn’t change a thing.<br />

They were married in ‘17, blessed with<br />

triplets in ‘18, and just built a new forever<br />

home in ‘19. Also this year Lauren was<br />

honored to be named a member of <strong>the</strong><br />
