Regal to benefit from Co-op
Local Community Fund
The Co-op in Minehead has chosen the Regal
Theatre to benefit from their Local Community
Fund for one year until October 2020 – a whole
year of opportunity to help raise funds for our
much-loved community theatre. If past
beneficiaries are a guide we could raise more
than £3,000 through the scheme – BUT this
depends heavily on your help!
Every time you use your membership card to
buy Co-op own brand products, along with
unbranded things like fruit and vegetables, 5%
of the money you spend goes into your
membership account for you and, on top of
that, a further 1% of your spend goes to
support your chosen cause – i.e. the Regal.
So, do please:
Register your Co-op membership card – or
become a member if you are not already one
Select your chosen charity at
www.coop.co.uk/local-causes
Use your membership card enthusiastically –
and encourage family and friends to do so too!
