Albert Boyd and Robert Guntmacher are a great team. The<br />
two real estate entrepreneurs are savvy about identifying<br />
and creating real estate opportunities for investors.<br />
Unlike many in the real estate industry this new boutique<br />
real estate firm is quietly doing deals that are profitable,<br />
yet not promoted in the traditional way.<br />
Their clients are businesspeople and investors who realize<br />
the potential for profit in the real estate market.<br />
And, if anyone understands the inner workings of a good real<br />
estate project, it’s Boyd. The Florida native has been in the Florida<br />
real estate investment business for over 30 years. But his<br />
purpose is also to guide those who stand beside him.<br />
“One of my favorite roles in life is being a father to my three<br />
children and a surrogate father to those in need. I realize that<br />
guiding young people to find their inner strength (and build<br />
their self-esteem) changes the trajectory of their lives. I’ve been<br />

Their proven track record of gentrifying neighborhoods and<br />
positively improving cash flow and return on investments is<br />
paramount. But it’s not their only purpose.<br />

a viable direction for a more profitable path in real estate,”<br />
said Boyd.<br />
