toxins we take in daily. Shaman Debra Kelly will be offering live<br />
gong ceremonies and instructional videos such as teaching how to<br />
make your own altar at home starting in the spring, and you can<br />
spend a half day with her for a private Vibrational Medicine journey.<br />
They also started infusing Homeostasis® CBD oils and salves<br />
into a few of their massages called Homeostasis Massage which has<br />
tremendous benefits such as easing anxiety and pain and boosting<br />
heart health. For those with cancer, it may even provide a natural<br />

Regular treatments include the full sauna retreat and they ask<br />
that you give yourself a 2 to 4 hour window of time to experience<br />
and find stillness. “It is in this stillness that you find clarity, and that<br />
clarity allows you to see new paths and put space around things<br />
that appear to be ‘problems’ and allow you to see that they are just<br />
challenges that help us grow,” says Kelly.<br />
