Young Friends of Palm<br />
Beach Symphony Kick Off<br />
Landmark Season<br />
Young Friends of Palm Beach Symphony recently set a record<br />
with the largest gathering in its history as members met to<br />
kick off the Symphony’s 46th Season, which itself will be historic<br />
with the inaugural programming of music director Gerard<br />
Schwarz and enthusiastic audiences that have already snapped<br />
up more subscriptions than any time in the past.<br />
Hosted by the Colony Hotel, the event drew 115 members<br />
and other supporters of the Symphony’s music education programs<br />
that served more than 17,500 students last season.<br />
“It is wonderful to see so many people who have embraced<br />
the Palm Beach Symphony’s mission,” said Palm Beach Symphony<br />
CEO David McClymont.<br />
Members receive admittance to the dynamic socials and<br />
networking opportunities this season which include: A Polo<br />
Afternoon at the International Polo Club in Wellington (Jan. 26<br />
at 2 p.m.); Seaside Social presented with Friends of the Uffizi<br />
Gallery at a private West Palm Beach estate (March 4 at 6 p.m.);<br />
to name a few.<br />
Young Friends of the Palm Beach Symphony is open to young<br />
professionals of any age with a commitment to promoting and<br />
advancing Palm Beach Symphony’s music education program<br />
and building exposure for Palm Beach Symphony and its mission.<br />
