of happiness. But don’t forget about Prime’s Happy Hour seven<br />
days a week – that offers guests their choice of popular lite bites,<br />
wines and cocktails for $7.77. From 4pm to 7pm you can indulge<br />
in Tuscan Meatballs, Short Rib Sliders, Shrimp Oregano and more.<br />
There are private rooms for special occasions that seal in the intimacy<br />
and elegance that Prime is known for. Their outdoor garden is<br />
the perfect backdrop for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, showers,<br />
bar and bat mitzvahs and corporate events.<br />
“Whether your special occasion is an intimate dinner party for<br />
30 guests at your home, a private yacht party, or a corporate event<br />
for 1000 guests, we can accommodate you. Prime can provide fullcatering<br />
services in-house or onsite.”<br />
Their nightclub – Il Bacio – has a garden, three bars and seating<br />
that can accommodate up to 800 guests with a performance-ready<br />
stage and room for a 10-piece band. They have a state-of-the-art<br />
sound system, intelligent lighting and an on-premise technician.<br />
Prime can provide an Event Coordinator, Live Bands, DJs, Dancers,<br />
Fire Performers, Percussionists, Aerialists, Security, Serving<br />
Staff, chairs, tents, centerpieces, decorations, ice sculptures,<br />
themes, and a 144’’ HD projection screen (or 10’x10’ LED screen),<br />
laser light show, confetti blasters and other party extravaganzas.<br />
The Prime family just expanded to include a new Italian restaurant<br />
in downtown Boynton Beach - Baciami. It’s glamorous with<br />
old-world charm and warm Italian hospitality. But don’t let looks<br />
deceive you – the food lives up to the Pellegrino pedigree.<br />
Baciami, which in Italian means “kiss me” specializes in authentic<br />
Italian dishes with famed family recipes. Steven Pellegrino, Sr.<br />
and Steven Pellegrino, Jr. designed Baciami to transport guests to a<br />
traditional Italian table for an authentic dining experience.<br />
There is rich Italian history in the décor and the cuisine. To make<br />
sure the pizzas live up to their namesake, they imported a wood<br />
burning brick oven from Italy. And boy do they make pizzas! The list<br />
is endless with savory ingredients that will transport you to Italy.<br />
There is an Eggplant Parmesan pizza, Rabe and Sausage pizza,<br />
a Prosciutto pizza with baby arugula drizzled with lemon, EVOO<br />
and shaved Romano, a BBQ Chicken pizza with fire roasted chicken,<br />
Bermuda onions and smoked mozzarella, Tenderloin pizza with<br />
roasted red peppers, rabes and shaved Romano and more.<br />
The homemade Lasagna is very popular with veal, beef short<br />
rib, Italian sausage and creamy ricotta. Also popular is their Grilled<br />
Branzino with roasted tomatoes, garlic and spinach, and Chicken<br />
Baciami with roasted peppers, straw mushrooms, a touch of scampi<br />
butter and penne pasta.<br />
What is an Italian restaurant without an ample and enticing Antipasto?<br />
Called Antipasto “La Tavola” it comes with soppressatta,<br />
Parma prosciutto, salami, Reggiano chunks, roasted peppers, provolone,<br />
buffalo mozzarella and tomato, imported olives and marinated<br />
olives.<br />
There are also pasta dishes to tantalize your sense. The Chef Special<br />
Pasta comes with grilled shrimp, portobello mushrooms, tomatoes,<br />
asparagus, cannellini beans and house made cavatelli pasta.<br />
Their Fettuccine Bolognese with veal, pork, short rib and is simmered<br />
in their homemade sauce.<br />
They also have 3-course Sunset Dinners – from 4pm to 6pm<br />
Sunday to Thursday, and Happy Hour from 4pm to 7pm every day.<br />
Thursdays from 5pm to 9pm is All You Can Eat Stone Crab dinners.<br />
Baciami will customize a catering menu for you and has an extensive<br />
wine list with wines from small wineries across Italy. Baciami<br />
has private rooms and dining options for 25 to 150 guests. You can<br />
also rent the entire restaurant.<br />
Their slogan says it best: “We have Spectacular Food, Service and<br />
