The owners - father and son team Steven Pellegrino, Sr. and<br />

Steven Pellegrino, Jr. have perfected the art of glamour from<br />

its humble roots. There are Oriental rugs, crystal chandeliers<br />

and a wood interior that lays claim to an insulated elegance that<br />

molds and melds itself for your pleasure.<br />

Like everything in its category, the food and flair are inspired by<br />

history, yet filled with the tempo and temptation of today.<br />

That is exactly what founder and owner Steve Pellegrino Sr. had in<br />

mind when he opened it in 2010. A lot has happened since then – but<br />

luckily the family has kept its roots steeped in top quality food (USDA<br />

prime beef and seafood) in the Pellegrino tradition of excellence.<br />
