Short. Quintanilla was fighting for the<br />
lead until he crashed on the last day in<br />
2019 and while he is still in a bit of pain<br />
he really wants a win. Andrew Short, the<br />
quiet American, is also looking good. He<br />
keeps saying that he lacks the experience<br />
and speed of the others but that didn’t<br />
stop him winning his first stage on this<br />
year’s Silk Way and following that up with<br />
the overall on the Rally du Maroc. Who<br />
knows, a brand new country and road<br />
books in the morning for certain stages<br />
might just even things up enough to give<br />
him a chance.<br />
So, in answer then to the original<br />
question – it could be anyone of nine<br />
or 10 riders. For the purposes of internet<br />
betting – something I’ve never actually<br />
managed to work out how to do – I’ll go<br />
for a top three of Price, Sunderland, Short.<br />
Is that what’s called a sweepstake? Do I<br />
get more money if I give the order? I do.<br />
OK let’s say Sunderland, Short, Price. I’ve<br />
got no idea why.<br />
