About Feco Japan
FECO JAPAN has 14 members.
Each one presents products that bloom mainly in solo and group exhibitions throughout Japan.
The activities of FECO JAPAN are centered on manga exhibitions in Tokyo and Kyoto.
The president of Feco Japan is Yukio Shinohara.
Many FECO JAPAN members are also members of the Japan Cartoonists Association.
The Japan Cartoonists Association awards the best works and writers of the year once a year.
This award was awarded to FECO members for the second consecutive year.
In 2018, Yukio Shinohara was selected for the Grand Prize and Atsuko Nishida was selected for the Special
Award.
In 2019, Yoshiaki Yokota was selected for the Grand Prize.
This time, I will introduce the works of those three.
Yukio Shinohara has been painting humor on acrylic canvas for a large canvas for several years.
A collection of the works was selected for the award.
Toshiko Nishida has been organizing a group exhibition for 48 years as a coordinator of Tokyo manga.
That activity became the subject of the Admiral.
Masaaki Yokota continued to draw satirical comics for many years.
The collection of works was awarded.

eBooks and any other form of communication and promotion.
The Organisers are authorized to publish the works on any support, even for commercial purposes.
In the case of reproductions, the author will be mentioned in
habitual ways. The author allows free use of their work for popularisation, cultural and recreational
purposes, as well as for public enjoyment. The author must
expressly renounce all rights to any compensation.
The copyrights on the works still belong to the authors.

the artists, if formally requested with the entry form, after the exhibitions (during PortoCartoon and
others in different cities and countries).

Only the originals of the works will be accepted.
It is an essential pre-requisite for eligibility that the works were originally printed between January 1 and
December 31, 2019 in printed newspapers or magazines, published on a regular basis and on sale to the
public, or in professional online publications of recognized journalistic nature.
As proof of compliance with the preceding paragraph, each original must be accompanied by the respective
full page of publication, on which the date and title of the newspaper or magazine is clearly visible (note that
cuttings, pasted versions, photocopies or digital prints of the publication are not acceptable).
The author must attach the heading of the newspaper or magazine in which the competing works have been
published, with size and quality that allows their reproduction.
In cases of online publishing, each high resolution original work must be accompanied by a CD, DVD, or
USB #ash drive with an active link, so as to allow a publishing view, until 31 March 2020.
Digital
Top quality printed versions of works produced by digital or mixed techniques will be considered originals
when they are signed by hand by the author, who must indicate the techniques and software used on the
competition application form. The original digital files must be also sent, either on CD, DVD or flash drive.
