This year, our Care for Life<br />
Apprenticeship campaign<br />
recruited a cohort of 14 caring<br />
people seeking to build a<br />
future within the Health <strong>and</strong><br />
Social Care industry.<br />
The new apprentices will be<br />
placed into social care centres<br />
across Northumberl<strong>and</strong>.<br />
Each apprentice will have a<br />
chance to try out different care<br />
environments <strong>and</strong> decide which<br />
suits them best before progressing<br />
on to further training or work.<br />
They will use their different hobbies<br />
<strong>and</strong> skills to enrich the lives of<br />
those they care for, whether that’s<br />
art therapy, nail painting, pamper<br />
sessions, or helping someone grow<br />
beautiful flowers.<br />
